Team showed up on time. They had to create a special tool to be able to access our vent in the roof, which was above and beyond what would be expected. They cleaned out a ton of lint from our dryer duct, which may not have been cleaned in decades. Afterwards, they cleaned up the laundry room perfectly. We were very satisfied with Quality Clean and won’t hesitate to use them again.

Every question I had was answered and then some. Everything looks great & like new. Traffic areas are really clean! It took longer for the carpet to dry though then expected. Probably because of the type of material.

This was my first experience with Quality Clean and I was more than pleased! I read the reviews and decided to give them a try and I am so happy I did. The appointment was made and I immediately received an email confirmation. I also received a reminder email a few days prior to my appointment and a call the day of when they were on their way. Van arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. We walked through my home together where I showed him the areas of carpet to be cleaned. I asked how long he would be there and he was spot on! 4 bedrooms, a hallway, 3 sets of stairs in about 2

I have tried other carpet cleaning companies in the past and they were awful (one used a small machine you could rent yourself, one soaked the carpet and cleaned with cold water which took days to dry). Quality Clean is a top-notch Family-owned small Business that takes great pride in their work and uses new state-of-the-art equipment. Your carpet will look like new and smell fresh and clean. Don't worry about pet stains either because their technology will find the stains and remove them too. Great service at a great price!
