Trina and kaylee are wonderful. They work hard are friendly clean, funny and healthy individuals. They look like they could be school teachers and are very articulate and personal. AND THEY CLEAN.
I was so disappointed with another cleaning service that I had used and only used this company based of off Yelp. Let me tell you, the reviews are true.

I used them for a few months but had too many issues with them. The owner is kind of a hot mess- he tried to charge me a higher rate than advertised/discussed and he never answers the phone, plus they also kept charging my credit card even though I never agreed to have it on file and only gave them the number over the phone once (and I was paying via check), so they clearly wrote it down and kept it. The final straw was the cleaning lady not showing up on her normal day when I had guests coming in town, even though I had texted her a million times about it and she had been coming every 3 weeks

I've had Booking Maid Easy clean my house 5 or 6 times in the last two years. They're reliable and hardworking. When they arrive and we do a walk through I always point out one or two things and I can tell they pay extra attention to my requests. Everyone I have interacted with has been courteous and helpful.

I have used Booking Maid Easy twice now. And have been very happy with the results. We used them to clean before we moved into our new home and about a month after. The initial cleaning I spoke with TJ and scheduled the appointment. For the next appointment I used there online booking and it was super easy. They try to make sure the same people come to your house to clean so you know who to expect. Will definitely use them again.

We have had other cleaning services, but they were not very responsive and only did a so-so job. In our research for a new cleaning company, we found Booking Maid Easy. It was, just like the company name, very easy to book! They were able to book us the same week. The girls who cleaned our home arrived on time and immediately went to work. We gave them a list of priority things we wanted them to clean, with secondary "get-to-it-if-you-have-time list" and sure enough they hit every item on the list! They took about 3 hours to clean, which was fast in my opinion. Our home was sparkling

We recently bought a house and had these guys do a move in cleaning service. They did a fantastic job! The previous owners had a dog and the house had that wet dog smell. By the time these guys were done cleaning, the house smelled fresh and there was no more of that dog smell! The baseboards looked brand new and the bathrooms were very clean! Thanks for a great cleaning. You have no idea how much time and hassle you saved us with our move! Will recommend to others

Awesome and professional job. This is why I book with maid services instead of individuals these days. Booking Maid Easy comes with a consistent quality that you can only get with them. The bathroom and kitchen were especially spotless, which is great because that's where the grim builds up anyway. The maids were awesome and obviously very experience with house cleaning.
Booking was also WAY better than anywhere else I've ever seen. You can book right online without having to get on the phone, and once you make an account you can schedule, change, or cancel all your booking from your client portal

We had Tiffany as our cleaner and she was great. Michael is incredibly communicative and worked with us and our shifting timeframe due to a changing closing date. We were very happy with the level of cleaning. Our 3/2 1500' condo took about 2.5 hours to cleaning (including add-on services for the windows, oven, and fridge cleanings). I realize that BME is maybe used to cleaning incredibly dirty properties and ours was already fairly clean, so I would just recommend to potential customers that you really consider what level of cleaning you need so as not to overpay. If you need a deep scrubbing

I have been happily booking with Tiffany and Victoria for over two years now. They do a PHENOMENAL job with deep cleaning. They are very efficient, personable, and were even picking up minuscule bits of dust that they missed while walking out the door! (My eyes didn't even see them!) I cannot recommend them enough and I am so happy that I will be one of their regular clients. Great job ladies!

The first group of women (2) that came to the house did an ok job but missed a lot of things and I don't know if they really addressed "deep clean" needs for the house. The home was not particularly messy but several windows, floorboards, and things I'd assumed would be cleaned were not really addressed consistently or in full. The stairs were vacuumed but still had a ton of dog hair. Apparently there was a miscommunication in how long they were supposed to be cleaning because they left after 3 hours with the home incompletely cleaned. The owner Michael called almost immediately

56 year old single male and have never had a professional cleaning service come in and clean my place I have lived in for 4 years. Besides it needing a deep cleaning on its own I now had a need to get one done in a hurry for unexpected guest coming in a couple days. I did a Google search and the business name caught my eye. Sure enough it was easy and the cleaning crew was there the next afternoon! They did a super job and would not hesitate to go to them again for my house and carpet cleaning needs. Very professional from beginning to end!! These guys are good!

Michelle did a great job doing a "deep clean" of our home. She worked nonstop for four and a half hours and left our home gleaming and smelling fresh. She put things back in more attractive arrangements than before she started. (Love the artful way you rearranged the pile of books on my nightstand, Michelle.) She clearly respects and values the customer. And booking is easy through Booking Maid Easy.
