I flew out to Detroit from Minneapolis to purchase a Cadillac CTS-V. I purchased the "V" and it was just as described by the manager, Alan. While driving home (900 miles), the car's right-rear wheel bearing developed a noise. I arrived home after driving all night and brought it to the repair shop. I called Alan to let him know of the mechanical issue and he said, "I don't sell broken cars." I sent him the bill and while there was no warranty with the car and it was sold as is, City of Cars paid for 1/2 of the repair bill. I was appreciative of the gesture.

City of Cars always takes great care of me. I've purchased 3 cars from Alan, and I will continue to do so until the end of time. He always finds exactly what I'm looking for at a price that can't be beat, and he makes the process super easy and fast. They have a great show room which is kept immaculately clean, and there are always some really sweet cars to look at while you're there. Definitely consider making your next car purchase there.

I was recently involved in a serious accident in which my truck was totaled. I needed new wheels, and fast! But the last thing I wanted to do while recovering from my injuries was go used vehicle shopping. A family friend recommended City of Cars to me, and I could not be happier. I found a clean 2018 F-150 with very low miles and all the options I was looking for. It’s been about two months since I took it home, and I still smile every time I drive it! I purchased a 1999 Ford F-150 Lightning from this dealership and had it shipped to Arizona. It had some minor issues and I reminded the dealership of them and they made good on the vehicle. I don't often take the time to write reviews. However, the experience I had was so exceptional, I decided I had to share. I stumbled across City of Cars on accident, when a beautiful car in my price range, with all the features I was looking, for came up in a search. I was not hopeful, as I had already run into cars that were misrepresented on-line at other dealerships. The car and the buying experience at City of Cars was everything I hoped for and more. We bought a 2019 F150 from Dale in November, 2020 and it was a super easy transaction. Zero pressure sales, truck was waiting up front when I arrived for a test drive and was fully prepped and waiting when I came back for delivery. I had to buy a car in a pinch. My car was in a accident and I had only a few days to finalize it. Jose helped me find a car. He was honest about options, brands and the best bang for my buck. He always kept in mind the things I wanted/needed in a car and presented me with cars that met those needs. There is no pressure I’m trying to get the next sale, but genuine honest support to the whole process! City of Cars went above and beyond and helped me from test driving cars, picking me up and ensuring my car was safe !! Jose went the extra mile! For we grateful and will never go anywhere else.

Great place to work with. Dale and Jose are very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Great experience and will always recommend. Alot of variety of vehicles in Excellent condition all in one location. A must see. I went to check it out and I ended up purchasing a vehicle which me and my family totally enjoy. I was searching within a 500 mile radius for the perfect vehicle. I found it at City of Cars and worked with Buzz throughout the process. Since purchasing this vehicle would involve a 7 hour drive, I was a little nervous about there being any surprises when I got there. However, Buzz was able to closely inspect the vehicle for me and sent photos of the only blemish he could find. We worked with Buzz Jackson to find a used car with low mileage. His customer service and attention to detail was wonderful! He worked with us to find the best option and we ended up with a 2013 Ford Escape with 28,000 miles and lots of technology upgrades. He was prompt when returning phone calls, and always kept us in the loop. Another customer came in the store to look at Ford Escapes, and he called me that morning to see which car we were most interested in and put a hold on it. They also gave us a great price for trading in my 2006 Jeep Liberty. They had a great selection of used vehicles

I just purchased a 2006 Buick Rainier V8 from City of Cars, Asher Panian was my salesman and I was very very impressed with my entire experience.
