Scheduled an appointment to get a transmission fluid change weeks in advance. Told them I only needed fluid replaced and the year/model of my car. They never called me back to tell me how much it would cost like I asked. Got there and was told to bring my Mitsubishi to the GM dealer next door, because they save money sharing their shop. Brought it there and after 30 minutes in line was told they don’t have the transmission fluid. You had 2 weeks to order it and now waisted almost 3 hours of my day since this was an hour from me. 5 hour wait for tire installation because they overbook their employees do not come here. Had an appointment scheduled but they let anyone jump the line can't not recommend this enough spend your money literally anywhere else. Staff is inattentive and there are no loaners or snacks while you wait. And they don't tell you what the cost of installation is until you arrive scummy practices all around. My estimate online for 4 tires with installation was 360 but I'm gonna pay well over 450.
Edit: they also cheaper out and share a service center with the gmc dealer next door whoever the owner is shouldn

I think that during any type of service, tyre pressure check and car cleaning from inside should be done as well. It was not done in my case.

I have taken my car in twice for the same issue Jan 2021 and now I have the same issue - slow battery drain after car sits. I talked with the service manager and his excuse was we mostly work on Buick's because that is 90% of our sales. They replaced the battery and fan clutch relay and same issue last week. They want to keep my car for +3 days and never have a loaner.

I have never met a person so rude in customer service as a parts department representative. I called asking for what years fit on a certain Mitsubishi Eclipse to make sure the parts I already had were correct and I was told…. “ give me your vin number I will order the part and send it too you i’m not going to tell you what years fit so you can call and order from a junkyard I sell parts here why would i do that” I work at a small dealership I call probably 3 or 4 dealerships a week for the past 10 years, never in my life have I been treated as awful as this place.

Being to this location 2 times so far and received the best hospitality ever. My last visit was for a regular oil change and received a great service by Sarah Fry. Prices are not too expensive either.

I recently bought a brand new, 2018 Eclipse Cross here at Moran Mitsubishi. I had spent the prior week researching and test driving about a dozen different crossovers and SUVs in hopes of finding the perfect car.
