Nick was extremely helpful, went out of his way to find a product we needed for our shower head. Also found out it was still under warranty after all these years! He had the product replace for free and shipped to our home. Highly recommend working with Nick, he's great to work, top notch customer service. Not satisfied with there return policy. Don' t except return parts so how can I know what is the problem? What is wrong if they take parts? How can other store take returns they don't? Plus they are quite over price! Take same parts on ZORO web side 30% cheaper. Not happy with them policy! I'm honest with them they abuse there customer! Thank you for you service....

I don't write many reviews, even if at all. But I must give a shout out to Nick at AG. We have a steam shower, which for some reason are really tough to find someone to service. At any rate, Nick went above and beyond to connect us with someone to clean and service our unit. This was not a commission or anything for him, as the service company isn't even part of AG. He followed up with me, and the service company until we literally had something scheduled. I think it's rare to have such amazing customer service at a place, and I highly recommend AG. About 12 years ago we were fixing up our kitchen and bought a KWC faucet from Advantage Gallery. Since then we have gone back to Advantage for help getting replacement parts for the faucet. They are all so helpful and friendly. Their customer service department is great. I would highly recommend Advantage Gallery.

Horrible experience with the owner or manager today. I purchased an item I thought had all the necessary parts but when my plumber installed the item a key piece was missing. I went to the store and the owner offered to sell me a soap dispenser for $50. When I protested he suggested I got to Ace to purchase the missing item. I left upset and without an apology from the owner.

So glad I found Advantage! They have a very nice selection of products at different price points. Aleks was extremely professional and knowledgeable. It takes me a long time to make choices and he was super patient and gave me great advice as I wavered between choices. He priced out all of my choices very quickly and I was able to walk out with what I needed that same day. If you are doing any sort of remodeling I highly recommend a stop at Advantage.

I have had Pom D'or soap dispensers for the last 15 years. The dispenser pumps finally corroded and I could not get replacements. I live in Hawaii and the distributor here no longer carried the line and was no help. Aloha actually means "a lot of hot air", but I digress. I contacted the company in Spain several times but they never returned my messages. I found the closest distributor in California and they tried to get the part but could not get a clear answer from Spain and finally said they were no longer a distributor also. I kept working my way east and contacted Advantage

My wife and I stopped here after receiving no assistance at Studio 41 for a bathroom remodel we are starting. From the moment we stepped into the showroom, we were greeted and received excellent assistance and advice from Jake. He listened carefully to what we want to do and showed us several options while taking the time to explain the difference in each. No matter what you are looking for, kitchen or bath, Advantage has it all! If you are considering a remodel or upgrade, do yourself a favor and visit this place before you make your purchase! Ask for "GEORGE" you will not be disappointed. He is always in demand and you may have to wait a little bit but it is well worth it. My family and I have worked with him several times now over several years on both large and small projects and have never been disappointing. He is extremely knowledgeable, cost/quality savvy and will steer you in the best direction possible without being pushy. I equate it to going to your family member and ask them their opinion. He treats you and gives you advice as if you were one

These guys have treated me well every time I've gone in. They know their products inside and out. The last time I went I was ready to buy a new kitchen faucet, but instead, the sales guy realized a place in Chicago might have the part I needed to repair the current one. Yea, it can be chaotic out there, but it is well worth the wait and their advice is worth the time and any savings you might get online (but I don't think it is much).

I was a little overwhelmed when I first walked in the door, but thankfully, our contractor had told us to talk to Aleks. Saturdays seems REALLY busy, but they have a fairly efficient process for taking names, issuing pagers, and getting customers connected with salespeople. Once Aleks was available, he took us around the showroom and we talked about what we needed.

So I needed glass .... lots of glass and faucets too. You can't have a hip ultra modern bathroom without lots of glass, can you? The showroom is pretty big and the selections almost seem endless. When I first went here the service was a bit sluggish, I found it rather difficult to snatch a sale person to give me some information. After about 20 minutes I was about give up on them and walk out.
