My furnace went out a week ago. When I called in the afternoon on Friday, the office staff was very accommodating in making sure that I got a quote quickly. Bane came to my house on a Saturday and sent me several quote options by that evening. During his call, he was very professional, patient, and took the time to explain the failures in our current furnace as well as recommend different options. He also explained that if we decided not to replace items such as the humidifier, that we could be on the hook to replace it when selling the house in the future. Bane provided us with all of the information

I had my furnace replaced several years ago by Bane and recently needed a new air conditioner. I called Bane who was very personable and gave me a really good price on the job. These guys did an awesome job. A/C, furnace, thermostat, and chimney liner installation.
After making the appointment with Bane, Rohit and his team arrived promptly at 8 am in their clearly marked utility vans. Once they introduced themselves, they draped cloth on the floor where they would be walking so not to track anything into the house.
They were mindful of the animals, polite, and worked diligently through the rainy day to have my new system running in just a few hours.

Wow! I interviewed 8 companies and ended up picking Bane based on a friend who HIGHLY recommend him. Not only was his quote significantly less than the other guys, but they were all super respectful of our home and us. They stayed till the job was completed. At first they thought they’d have to come back the next day but needed up staying over to get the air working for us. Would absolutely recommend them. The work looks great and they cleaned up nicely after themselves.
