I am changing my review after a in depth conversation with the owner of the company who has given me his word that he will do what is necessary to fix the intermittent issue I have. A couple weeks ago, a technician was send out to try and reproduce the issue but was unsuccessful. The follow up conversation that I had with the owner has reassured me that Brandon will support their installation and continue to follow up with me until the issue is resolved. Because of this effort, I am giving them a 5 star rating because many companies would not go to this effort to support their product. Brandon

I hired this company on the recommendation of a friend to perform a HVAC inspection prior to buying a home. I'm not certain what happened but the inspection report stated the HVAC system was fully functional and in good repair with years if not a decade plus of service life left.
In reality, after taking possession of the home we found that the AC system was fully discharged and the furnace had a known, documented, "manufacturer settled a class action lawsuit over it" defect on the heat exchanger coating that resulted in it needing to be replaced the season after I moved in.
I'd look elsewhere

Our 23 year old furnace stopped working - Brandon heating was quick to get someone out to diagnose and to provide an estimate. Surprisingly, the estimate for a new furnace plus labor was less than what I thought so I was very pleased. Install was quick and the employees were friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Will be using them to replace A/C when that kicks the bucket.

We have been a customer of Brandon Heating for over 20 years. They have always been proactive when servicing my AC even though it's old. Rather than jumping to the cost of replacing they tried repair. Yesterday I called for service as my AC went out. Since we have a service contract, that meant you move up the list for servicing. Because of COVID and the continued extreme heat, they were very backed up even for service contract customers. The manager, Harold, took the time to get on the phone and explain their situation. He was very apologetic and concerned, promising that they would do the best

Terran and Ray did the furnace install. 2 different electrical guys hooked up the wires. We paid extra for the vent duct cleaning and another guy did the test on the duct system to ensure everything was good. It was a long day because my previous furnace was 30 years old but the whole team did an awesome job!

I simply can't say enough good things about these people, and I have plenty of honest negative things to say about many others who do people wrong. Not these people. They will always answer your call, speak to you as though you are an old family friend, send someone out ASAP, get the job done right at a fair price, and leave you happy.
They have been in my home often, and they are a joy to have around - very cordial, knowledgeable, and professional.
I will always appreciate them for one trip in particular where my furnace went out in the cold Hudson winter. I had my puppies

I had no heat in my home this morning and called the Streetsboro Area Chamber of Commerce (where I have a membership) for advice on a good HVAC provider. They highly recommended this organization and I have to say, I would too! The technician was EARLY and quickly identified and fixed my problem. Very satisfied and I am toasty in my home once again!
