We have been having problems with our HVAC system and called Hudson Heating Company to take a look at it and let us know what our options are. The woman I spoke to on the phone indicated that our problem sounded pretty bad and that she’d send over someone with a lot of experience with HVAC problems. The person who arrived was obviously inexperienced and was unable to articulate what our problem actually was, much less give us a quote on what it would cost to fix. When I called the heating company a day or two later I was told that no one knew why he was the person to come to our house and that

We used Hudson Heating when our 21 year old furnace needed replaced in the middle of December. Joe was quick to get a technician sent out and pricing over to us. We managed to get the furnace installed the following day. The technicians were efficient and professional. Would highly recommend!

Technichan Pete was phenomenal!!! He was at my house until 10:30 at night walking around the house quietly to keep my kids asleep with my family sleeping in the basement to stay cool. He walked me through the Issue but rather than just stopping there and giving me an invoice comment he decided to do extra checks through the entire unit to ensure no other issues would pop up. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for our HVAC work. Joe, Amie and team are fantastic and always go the extra mile for both our personal and small business needs. We’ve had 3 furnaces installed by their team, along with various troubleshooting experiences and regular maintenance, and everything always gets completed quickly without a hitch. A technician (Ken) arrived within a few hours after I called. Within an hour he diagnosed my furnace problem. He quoted a reasonable price. The part which was needed to fix the furnace he said would be in tomorrow. Pete arrived the following day with the part and fixed my furnace. Efficient - Honest - Professional - Reasonably Priced. There were a few hic-ups with installation. The A/C was on when the men left, but about ½ hour later the A/C was no longer working. A workman came back to see why. Back up in the attic, the workman found that American Standard had left out a part in the air handler which caused the unit to quit. The workman told me he had a part in his truck and installed it. I have no way of knowing it the A/C will work because we now have a cold front for a week or so. But the Honeywell Wi/Fi thermostat is working and I was able to set that up myself.

We were new residents to Ohio and are so grateful we found Hudson Heating Company. We appreciate their professionalism and honesty. They service all of our units and have installed new ones as well. Our general contractor is extremely particular about which subcontractors he uses and Hudson Heating is a company he consistently uses and recommends.
