Poe Motors began in 1963 with Wayne Poe and his son, Tommy Wayne Poe, in Dallas, Texas. It started as a wholesale company. Then in 1980, the father and son opened their first tote the note lot on Buckner Boulevard. During the 80's the next generation came to work in the family business. Tommy's kids, Tracy and Keri, started working at the car lot and have made it a life-long career.

The personnel at Poe Motors was attentive, personable, knowledgeable and professional. Tyler was an awesome salesperson, very familiar with the vehicle we were interested in, very helpful with the process of applying for financing. When they offer to let you take the vehicle you’re interested in to your own mechanic to look it over before you buy it, DO IT! The car we bought our daughter started falling apart, literally, less then two months after we bought it and see it was assembled with self tapping screws. I’ll be taking this car to a collision shop to be looked over thoroughly. Wish I hadn’t paid cash for this vehicle.
Edit to reply: I would take that into consideration if you hadn’t told me the car had all new rims because it was missing a rim when you got it. I’m not willing to believe someone else gave
