All frame-work is done in jigs so every corner is precise. In the time it takes to get the financing of the project complete, the foundation can be installed and your home ordered and ready to be set. It is very possible to be in your new home in 4 to 10 weeks! Custom built modular homes are not to be confused with a trailer/mobile home and not all manufactured/modular homes are built the same.

Nicole St. Clair is our Office Manager and has been with us for over 19 years. She is responsible for all office functions including Accounting, Payroll, Human Resources, and Safety. She keeps things running smoothly and is always ready to help with any project. Nicole is now ready to assist you in realizing your vision of your new home.
Saturday: Please call for hours. Dowling Construction is located on the frontage road (Stearns Drive) at the interchange of US Hwys 41 and 45 on the north side of Oshkosh. Take Hwy 45 North, exit right at the first exit (Cty Rd T), and then turn right onto Stearns Drive. We have over 150 "standard" plans to choose from, all with different options.

I highly recommend Dowling construction for your next building project or home construction. We had a wonderful experience and I owe it all to George. Our home was built last spring (2019) and we moved in summer of 2019. George cares about the customer number one. He is extremely efficient, hardworking, and honest. George will go above and beyond any expectation you may have. Ultimately George is the reason why we love our home so much- I don’t ever want to leave, haha! His subs were great to work with too. George ensures you are satisfied/taken care of, respectfully stays within your budget

Excellent Builders! Attention to detail, compassion and integrity are how I would describe the team who work here. We were expertly guided through the home planning process, to floor design, to the finished product with great communication and experienced advice. The best part was George and his crew really stayed within their deadlines, and the subs all did a great job as well. We are very pleased will the finished product. We still cannot believe we have such a beautiful home!
