I reached out for a cleaning with Sativa. At first she was very responsive when discussing my options and what not. We decided on a date a week away for a move out clean. I then texted her the day before just to confirm we were still set for the next day and didn't not receive a response. She did not reach out at all the day of. Finally I texted her again the day of and still didn't get a response. The following day she texted me and said she could do it the next day. She did show up and was there for about 2 hours. I was a little confused at first when I called for a quote and the phone was answered with just "Hello" I thought I had a wrong number but I didn't realize how new they are. She was in the middle of an errand and asked if she could return my call. She did very quickly. She was friendly and gave me a good quote so I booked her right then.

I found Klean Getaway through Thumbtack. They offered the most services for the best price. I needed 2 bathrooms deep cleaned, my kitchen and hall cabinets orgnanized, and a general touch up of my whole house. Sativa is who contacted me, asked me what services I needed, what time she should come by, and she brought her own cleaning supplies. I was very satisfied with the efforts and reslults of Klean Getaway, and will use them again.

Used their service for when I moved out of my apartment. I have lived there for 5 years, so there were stains that I have never seen, moving furniture was like unearthing fossilized mildew and mold. If it wasn't for klean getaway I'd be waving goodbye to my dear friend, security deposit.
