I have been using D&G for last 3 years. I first used them in 2019 and their service was really good. They helped me to bring weeds in control. During 2020 I had issues but considering the pandemic I have given them benefit of doubt. They passed the blame on late start of their services. But they were really pathetic again this year and my lawn has really gone bad and need to get it fixed myself. They are no responding to phone calls. I feel bad for recommending their service to my other friends. So I will be out from next year.

Office Manager is rude and controlling.
I just fired D&G. They turned my lawn yellow and then got an attitude over email.
They do not answer their phones and force you to email everything. Many homeowners have fired D & G in my area and have moved to Tru-Green. The lawns done by Tru-Green are much greener and Tru-Green actually cares about their customers instead of throwing an attitude problem in your face via email. D&G is irresponsible and they do not answer their phones and have attitude problems. I strongly would suggest using another provider. Manager emailed me back and kept harassing

Used them for many years, the quality of service goes down each year. They seems not care customer any more as their business grows. You may see my lawn pictures, weed everywhere, poor fertilization, called them, they promised to come but didn't show up. I prepaid the whole year service. They are late for every single scheduled treatment. I wish I could have my money back and switch to someone else.

D&G has made my lawn so beautiful, strangers walking by will tell me how great it looks. I don't spend much time on the yard except to mow and water when it's been dry. I had another service for years, but my lawn always looked just so-so. Switched to D&G, and in just a couple of seasons my grass is lush and thick, with an even shade of green in both the sunny and shady areas. I don't know how their fertilizer is better than the others, but it's magic to my lawn. Highly recommend.

D&G has been great to work with. Our lawn was not in great shape when we first started using them. But after a couple years of regular maintenance applications, we now have a lush, green, and weed free yard. They're good about letting us know when they've done applications and when we need to water. The billing has been super easy too. We just pay one price for the whole season. I definitely think it's worth the price and I would highly recommend them.
