They performed our fall leaf removal at our home. Getting an estimate was fast after we called their office within minutes we were all set to go. The crew did a great job keeping our yard looking great for the winter. Will use Priority again and tell our neighbors about these guys too!

We do not recommend. Using this company for mowing has been way more stressful than it needs to be. After much research, I chose to go with this company because of the Google reviews and because they appeared professional in their Google responses, in taking personal accountability. I convinced my husband this was the right business to move forward with for lawn mowing even though their quote was exactly twice the amount as another competitor that did our neighbors lawn. I was wrong.

Scheduled a leaf clean up for the end of November, sure it was a little late on my part, but I've had no communication regarding the job and it's still not done 3 weeks later. I'm off to go do it now with snow/frost on the ground. Thanks!
Edit: I see the owner has replied to this post, this is the most proactive communication I've had from the company. Sad it had to be after I left a poor review. No call or email explaining delay was ever sent my way. Your portal was not mentioned any of the times I called, I always was told that they would reach out. We had priority one perform our fall cleanup and leaf removal this season for our home in Novi. They did a fantastic job with great attention to detail in areas where leaves tend to build up around the house. They went above and beyond to ensure the patios were clear of every single branch and leaf. Top notch service will use them again!

Priority one lawn care did a fantastic job cleaning up our yard this season from all the leaves! We have large oak trees that always create a big mess. The lawn was spotless after they were done. Worth every penny! They may not be the cheapest around, but the quality is worth the money.

Had a last-minute work that needs to be done and the customer service was extremely fast at responding. The work was done quickly and professionally and I was able to close the sale of house with no issue thanks to Priority One! We had just moved into the area and had actually used reviews from google to hire them. They showed up on time as promised, did a very good job around the edges and the lawn looks really good. Very happy with the service and plan to use them for most other services required for my lawn.

We hired Priority One after using other area services that we were unhappy with. They delivered great value and our grass looks amazing. Even with rain they still manage to come when they can work around the weather! We will be keeping them for as long as possible as our provider for lawn care.

They did a great job! This was our first service and the lawn was long! It hadn’t been edged in weeks due to previous service not showing up for several weeks. It looks great! The edging is perfect and every blade of grass is cleaned up. Customer service answered every question quickly and professionally. All account info and billing is online. I’m really happy!

We hired this company to mow our lawn. The first cut was immaculate and we were SO impressed. As the weeks went on this quickly changed. We noticed there was careless, uneven mowing throughout our yard, siding was chipped off of our shed in multiple places, they broke some of our garden decor, and each cut became progressively worse. When trying to communicate with the company, emails, phone calls and voicemails were left and never returned. The only way we could contact the company was to be home when they came to mow our lawn and discuss our concerns.

I am downgrading my rating of Priority One from 5 to 1 stars. We have had them cutting our grass since early July this year with no issues. However they have not been out since August 24th to cut our lawn (it's now Sept 25).
When I first called to find out what was going on they apologized and said that they had a few of their workers had been out because they were sick and needed to be Covid tested. The tests came back negative and they were back to work and they would be getting back to me as soon as possible to cut the lawn. This was about 2 1/2 weeks past our normal cut date in the

Priority One Lawn Care was great to work with. We initially had the landscape redone in the front yard and were so happy with the results we decided to do the backyard as well. Priority One was always very responsive by email and phone. The staff were all friendly and professional. They made the experience such an enjoyable one. We could not be happier!
