Overhead door has fixed or garage door on two separate occasions now--and both times they were able to do it for just the service call fee. We actually got another estimate before we called Overhead Door, which was for $2500!!! When Overhead Door came, the technician was honest and able to do it for $105!! Thank you so much Overhead Door for being trustworthy and reliable!

We stopped in to the "showroom" to look at storm doors. We waited for someone to help us for about five minutes. We walked around and found a salesman in his cubicle. We told him we were looking to buy two storm doors. He then proceeded to look for a brochure. When he could not find one, he had us look at his computer. He told us to look at Lowe's to see what we wanted, and he would come out the next day to measure. Ha came the next day and we showed him exactly what we wanted. He said he would contact us the next day (Friday) with a quote. Come Monday, and not hearing from him,

Quick service. I submitted an online request for service for a broken garage door opener (car stuck inside!) on a Saturday night and they called Sunday afternoon, arrived about 1.5 hours later. They did not have the right spring for my opener, but they jerry-rigged it so I could at least get my car out of the garage. I was bummed that they charged me for a whole hour service charge when the repair wasn't completed, but they returned the next day to complete the job and gave me $50 off the second service charge. I know this company isn't a plumbing or handy man service company I'm only using this phrase as a statement of how incompetent they are..I wouldn't call this company to install a toilet seat. It seems the simplest day to day operations for the simplest of tasks is even to difficult for them. I made arrangements to have a garage door opener that I already had on site installed at my commercial facility, salesman gave me a quote that I accepted with a scheduled date one week later for a Monday. LESS than one star-Awful experience with this company! I called on Monday and was told someone would come out between 3-5 on Tues for an estimate. Tuesday at 5, someone called to say they could not make it but would come Wednesday. Wednesday they were no call, no show. I called them back on Thursday and no one could explain why they were a no show-for transferred on the call twice (with no explanation or warning), and then got hung up on. I will never recommend this company!

We purchased a storm door from this business. Our storm door was installed opening the wrong direction and the installer told us that a new one would be ordered. He took the screen with him saying that we would receive another with the new door. That was 2 months ago and the door has not been ordered and we are without a screen. Salesperson and sales manager do not return any of our phone calls. Terrible customer service!!

The customer service of this company is beyond awful as well as their products. The garage breaks down all the time. Additionally, I have scheduled appointments on two occasions and been stood up twice now. I even call them and ask, "Hey if you plan on standing me up can you give me a call and let me know" They responded saying they would. They never responded. They never called back. They are very rude. Unfortunately the garage came with the house, otherwise I would strongly recommend not working with this company or its staff. PS This is my first review ever on Yelp. Synopsis - Mooney and Moses (Overhead Door) charged to install 13" of blown in fiberglass insulation. M&M only installed 8" (40% less) but still charged for 13". M&M will not return phone calls and the salesperson was combative when challenged on their cheat. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company in Hamilton installed the garage door in my new home located in Monroe. They offer wonderful customer service.
The 1st time I called they sent out their service man the same day to correct an alignment issue & when I called yesterday because the door would not open due to an electrical problem I was having; the woman I spoke with walked me through troubleshooting the issue.
She took the time to help me rather than sending out a service man & this helped me to avoid a service fee. It was an easy fix & I truly appreciate the time she took to help me out.

I would give less than one star if that was possible. Two separate times I have scheduled appointments and been given specific time frames when the technician would arrive. Neither time did the technician come within the allotted time. And now, as I sit here now at noon, the technician was supposed to be here this morning, and I still never received a call. I finally just called now and told them not to come since I have to leave shortly. The lady was completely unapologetic for wasting my time and even after I explained that this is the second time it's happened, not one word of apology.
