My family and I have been extremely pleased with the lawn care service David and his crew has provided for the past 10 years. David gives attention to detail more than many lawn care services. Grass and debris is not left in the street in front of your home which is unsightly and can cause problems with city drainage systems.

They came out and walked the property, discussed the needs for the various projects we were requesting a quote for and then stated that he would email us some ideas he had, as well as, get a quote to us for the requested work. That was two months ago, despite reaching out to them again to follow-up, we received no further communication. Disappointing to waste so much time for nothing!

So the owner messaged me and told me that they would be at my home in an hour so I went to drop keys off at my old apartment and as soon as I get across town he texts me that they were there...(annoying right) I was very clear that i wanted the sidewalks edged and the grass bagged that didn't happen. The guys left without saying goodbye or taking a check. They were a little overpriced for my tiny L shaped yard.

I call David several times a year for different projects. Plant, cut, weed, spray, trim, add, remove, etc. He and his guys always do a great job and always ask if everything is done satisfactorily before they leave. The only time I needed to call him after the work was done was to tell him that I found his shovel that was left leaned up in a corner. David is very conscientious and supervises his guys well and I cannot imagine that anyone who gives D&M a call would ever be dissatisfied with the work performed.

I was just a one time customer during a time my lawn mower was in the shop. David came out and had several recommendations on the overall health of the yard. A small crew came out the next day and went to town. I came home and that evening and the yard looked great. They had definitely gone above and beyond the expectations we had. Will definitely call on them again in the future.
