I called Advantage for help with large spiders and the scheduler was extremely kind over the phone and a tech was able to come out the same day. The tech was courteous and quick, which we appreciated in the midst of COVID. The spray they use is not toxic to children or animals once dried. The whole process from scheduling to payment could not be more smooth and we have been very happy with the results so far!

Our technician was very polite, and he was in and out quickly. He showed up earlier than expected, but he made sure to call us in advance to check with us that that was okay to do. Very happy with their service. Ants and wasps have been gone since.

I loved these guys at first, but after about a year of using them, I noticed that whoever was coming out was not actually doing anything, and we were paying for nothing. They sent someone else out to do a free spray in March, and that still did nothing... Fast forward to July, and I get a collections notice in the mail from them. Never received a bill, never received a phone call (the lady admitted no one was even making calls anyways) and never got any emails. Turns out that I just hadn't switched my old debit card number to my new one, but the fact that NO ONE tried to contact me is ludicrous

Amber, Brandon, and everyone else at Advantage that I've interacted with have always been very helpful. They are quick to respond, can come out quickly if there is an emergency, and the communication is always great. We are on the bi-monthly plan, once there was just a few millipedes I saw in the house and they came in between scheduled services to check it out. Highly recommend the bi-monthly plan through Advantage.

When we moved into our new home, the previous owner said that he never had pest issues, as the neighbors used pest control. For four months of summer, that appeared to be accurate. But then, ant hills started showing up, along with ant trails up the walls outside. And then we noticed many spider webs, in garage but also inside. The final straw was the appearance of scorpions, even walking across our living room floor!
After checking reviews, we decided to call Advantage. They sent out a technician within a couple of days, and he thoroughly treated the ant hills (17 in total) and fully treated

We just built a home and due to ground breaking around us the scorpions and spiders are everywhere. I was nervous but shopped around because pesticides from the store weren't working. What sold me was the receptionist was very nice and had great customer service!!! Friendly yet professional!! The technician was very knowledgeable, nice, and did a great job! Oh and Great prices! Give them a call. You won't regret it!
