Our furnace broke down in the middle of Snowmageddon 2019! Scott from Paragon was able to come out the next day to diagnose the issue and recommend us the best fix. Instead of trying to upsell us on a brand new furnace, Scott was honest and suggested us to just replace the part which was covered under manufacture warranty. The whole process was fairly painless and cost much less than if we were to get a new one. Very happy with their honesty and prompt, professional service.

After many bids for a heat pump I settled with Paragon. The main factors that brought me to chose them was price and a heat pump with a 10 year parts AND labor warranty which was huge for me. They were in and out in 1 day. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. They gave instruction at the end on how to use the new system. Very happy.

We purchased this house a year ago and it came with a one-year Home Warranty. 2 days before the warranty expired our furnace quit working. I called the warranty company and they dispatched Paragon Heating. I've never had any interactions with Paragon before. They came out the next day and the technician who was very friendly and informative let me know that it needed a new spark box. He looked the part up and found that it is no longer being made. He asked me if I knew how old my furnace was and I said no. He told me that the average furnace lasts about 18 years and ours was 35 years old!

EXCELLENT service with Paragon and Scott Brennan!
I came home from work in the afternoon to find our water heater was leaking across the garage floor. I panicked a little when I started calling plumbers: one was closed for the day (it was only 4:30pm) and never called me back, one quoted a bloated price to come out the next day to take care of everything including a permit and inspection after the job was done.
Then I was reminded that Paragon, who we've had service our furnace & A/C before, also services water heaters. We called Jeana at Paragon and she scheduled Scott to come out

Excellent service. We booked a 2 hour window and the technician called ahead of time to confirm that they could come through.
After an initial inspection of the unit they ended up needing to order parts.
The booking was completed as part of a 3rd party warranty program so I expected the worst.
They ended up replacing half of the furnace as it is a very old unit so they booked a suitable time and came back and did the work.
All the work was carried out quickly and the technicians were professional and friendly.
Definitely recommend them and would certainly call them again.

Then the same day a friend of mine had an issue with his furnace and fireplace not working. As a real estate agent it is always great to have a list of companies to call when something is not working. I called paragon and asked if he could turn around and head back to Monroe even though he was already a few minutes from home at the end of the day. AND HE DID!!!! thats great customer service and I will loyally call them when my clients need and HVAC company

They were contacted by my homeowner warranty service when the heat pump in my home died. Their service was courteous, communicative and they were the only HVAC service I called who Immediately diagnosed the problem. Sorry I wasted money trying to hire two others before I realized my warranty would cover this problem. When they installed new parts and left, my heat pump again stopped working about two hours later. I called and even though it was late in the afternoon the tech came back to my house, took the system apart, found that one of the parts installed two hours earlier had failed, replaced

I have been using Yelp for a while and have decided its time to add my own reviews.
My home flooded and I needed my air ducts replaced ASAP so I could get heat into my home again. My dad had Paragon out to service his heater and being impressed with that service I decided to get a quote for my duct job.
The quote was great and they were out within a few days to get the job done. The service tec was great also! Thanks for the help Paragon!
