This short-wave ultraviolet light disrupts DNA base pairing causing formation of pyrimidine dimer and leads to the inactivation of bacteria, viruses, and protozoa. It was nice to be able to talk to the owner directly. He answered all my questions ahead of time. The service crew were courteous and efficient. After they left I realized the heater was not turning on. I called and Shabi ran thru some options to check. He was ready to send the guys back out then I realized the circuit breaker had been tripped probably by the vacuum power. Shabi was very responsive in his effort to solve the problem. Good sign of a well run business.

When I tried to get a quote to do air duct cleaning for my rental condo, PNW was the first responding with fair price. Considering their five star review, l did not take a second thought to pick them. According to my tenant, they apparently did a good job: "It's done, not sure how to check the work. They were professional and quick. "

Their crew was exceptionally professional and courteous. They always made sure we were aware of what was going to happen and how long it would take. They were very careful to clean up after all their work and made sure we understood everything they did. While I don't have quantitative data, the air definitely feels a lot cleaner, super happy with them and the work they did.

Experienced exceptional service. Obviously, there a couple weeks out because they're so busy because they're so good! They were thorough and very efficiently quick. They answered all of my questions. They took pictures of most of the ducts before and after. There prices are really reasonable. I shopped around and am so glad I chose them!

I hired PNW Fresh Air based on all of the 5-star reviews, and they did not disappoint. His bid wasn't the cheapest, but it was the most thorough.
It turns out that in the 17 years we have had the furnace, it has never been serviced, the ducts had not been cleaned, and no filter was installed. (I thought my then-husband was taking care of everything.) I did end up spending more, but do not feel like I was nickel and dimed as I did not realize the extent.
Shabtay (the owner) is great. He is super responsive and trustworthy. I live in NE Seattle and he drove here round-trip twice from where

They came out and figured that out first. They didn't really have a diagnostic service in their list of stuff they did, so they came out to clean the ducts, too. They did a great job at both. They located the broken duct joint and cleaned everything within a couple hours.
