I bought a car earlier this year and it seemed like I chose the right place.... until my transmission started acting up. They came and got it promptly but had it for the better part of a month. I get the car back and was fine for a few weeks and started running like garbage again. They came the middle of November and still have my car. Always telling me waiting on a part. They are also trying to fix and bill me for things I didn't ask to be fixed. It seems Kightlingers has had my car longer than I have. I will be talking to the BBB.

Our service experience was pretty good...except...our truck had another issue we were unaware of. We were sent home with a $300+ dollar bill, our check engine light was still on and our rear shock was removed. We were asked to bring it back after the other issue was repaired at a body shop. All in all though, Dave was awesome to work with.

We bought a truck from them that they stated was in excellent shape ….well let’s just say that’s a complete lie if I have ever heard one !! We had it in their service center 5 times in the first year for many things then a noise that they “couldn’t hear” …. Well that noise was the U joints that finally went completely when we were told it was “safe to drive” needless to say we were stranded in Illinois 2 hours west of Chicago with a truck that was falling apart . Not only was it the U joints but the actuators that they had “replaced” less than 6 months before that were done

The body shop's awesome everybody else down at the dealership are rude, unprofessional, and Liars. They had my vehicle for 2 months and didn't touch it. They wouldn't give me a rental so after weeks of going without a car they said to come down and they would have a rental for me. Got there and dropped off and they said they didn't know what to tell me. I took my keys and left immediately and went somewhere more professional. New shop had my car done in less than a week. Kightlingers is a joke.

One of the best experiences I've ever had car shopping was through Kightlinger Motors. They have great staff that go above and beyond for their customers. They were very helpful in helping me find the car I needed and at the price I could afford. They were also super cooperative and willing to work with me as a first time car buyer which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend buying your automobiles from Kightlinger Motors.

Worst customer service ever. Bought a 2015 truck at the end of december. Couple weeks later started having problems. Truck has been in there shop for 2 weeks now, nobody returns my calls, nobody has told me what is wrong with it. I'm really disappointed. Spending 30k there was good for them. Guess next time I will buy from another dealer.ok this is how I got my truck back after 3 wks. Rim is faded from break dust big scratch dent across headlight n fender. Dent on cab corner. Muffler blowed out. It's time to talk to my lawyer. Service department thought it was a big joke.

Every aspect of my experience at Kightlinger was easy & painless, exactly how purchasing a vehicle should be!!! Every person we dealt with there was always knowledgeable, pleasant & friendly. Even though the dealership is located almost 2 hours from my home I would not hesitate for a moment to travel to them in the future to purchase a vehicle.
