The folks at Mastel Ford-Lincoln are TOP NOTCH! They are the most honest dealership staff I've ever dealt with before. There's no wondering if you're being taken advantage of, because you're NOT. They are sincere, honest, and truly care about their customers. I hope that Ford recognizes them somehow, in a meaningful way, not just some plaque on a wall. They deserve it!

I had my Ford Escape serviced at Mastel Ford in Olean NY.
First off the employees were ALL very kind, personable and knowledgeable about my vehicle and how best to repair it. I had 2 ABS sensors replaced and also had brake pads and rotors replaced. They did not have me pick my vehicle up until the repairs were 100% efficiently done. In addition to the paid repairs they did check minor things such as windshield wash and oil at no extra charge. What I paid to have my car fixed was 1000% worth every penny. MY brakes feel so good when I'm driving. I highly recommend this business.

I love my Mustang GT. My dream car is a Mustang GT, now I am finally driving one. The car came in sooner than expected which was a plus.
On Friday I called SiriusXM Radio to transfer my service from my previous car to the Mustang. I was told by SiriusXM that the dealership hasn't activated my Sirius radio. After calling SiriusXM with the VIN number of the Mustang, I was told that my Mustang doesn't have the SiriusXM option on the radio. I am puzzled and stunned that I would have to spend another $2,000 to get a radio with SirusXM capabilities. After spending over $37,000 for this vehicle, I would

If there is ANY place else you can take your vehicle to-do so. We were in a position that we had little choice, despite a previous negative experience a couple years prior. Despite getting manager involved our car was there 10 days. And there's nothing you can do. And my husband & I were SHOCKED to be charged $800 plus. Total con artists!

I took my vehicle in for a warranty issue on my tire rims that the clear coat is flaking/peeling off. Mastel service manager took pics of the issue. A week or two goes by no response they take pics again and did a resubmit (what I was told). I did some follow up calls (being concerned the vehicle would be out of warranty in the near future) and when I did speak with the service manager--I was informed they were still waiting and they would call me as soon as they hear something. I asked the manager if I should call my concierge and I was informed not at this time and not to worry. A few weeks

I usually would avoid taking my car to dealerships at all costs for repairs but I had to bring my car here to have them hook it up to clear out codes. the ford dealership that's less than a mile form where I work was rude and was giving me a hard time about trying to clear codes and insisted the whole steering column had to be replaced and would be about $1,200. Mastel ford is about an hour away but they were willing to try what I thought would work first and didn't give me a hard time about it. they got me in first thing in the morning the next day and I was in and out and less than
