They were very quick. We wanted the latch lock replaced. We had lost a strike plate on the door knob years ago. He refused to leave until he had replaced that as well because he wanted to make sure we were doubly secure. No charge for the extra service.

Best price and Shane is the best locksmith 🔐 I've ever had. He was on time, quick, nice and very helpful. I locked the bottom lock of my house and it only cost $119 total. The same thing happened some time ago and it cost me $150 back then. I highly recommend Safe Way Lock & Key ! Ask for Shane, he's great ! ! ! 😊

My husbands key to my (push to start) car was lost so we brought another key online and called Safeway to have it programmed. They where friendly and nice, got it done the same day I called which I did not expect at all, at a great price and it was done in minutes. From call to completion it was all of about 45 mins in total

Needed new storm door handle assembly and inner mechanism. Spoke to technician, Larry who called at the time he was supposed to show up and asked for an extra hour. (5pm to 6pm)
6:15 - no Larry - 6:20 technician Sam calls and said he’d be right there because Larry couldn’t make it. Shows up at 6:45. Drilling in the door from till 9pm.
Long story short, Sam installed the outer brass housing crooked on the outside of the door. (Looks ridiculous) The new storm door handle smacks up against the frame as it closes

Fantastic shop! The staff are very friendly and they definitely know their locks! I had no issues taking in newly purchased locks for a rekey and the process was both quick and affordable. I had called on a weekend and was quoted a price on the spot. Days later I finally made it in, and the staff member remembered my call and my request, greeting me on sight (no intro from me needed!). While there, I also overheard several phone calls, and the professionalism and care taken by the staff showed through at every turn. I will absolutely consider Safeway Lock & Key for future locksmith needs

I had a fantastic experience with this business. My house and car keys were stolen and I was at a loss as to what to do. They sent a locksmith out to my house in the middle of the night and for a very modest fee he re-keyed my house and car. He was at my house within a hour after I called. Pricing was given upfront and there were no surprise fees. The locksmith was very professional and helpful.
