The people at Floorology not only exceeded our expectations but also went above and beyond. My husband and I always knew we wanted to install wood floors on the main level of our home. In February of this year, we teamed up with Floorology to make that happen! Angela helped me with the design process and talked me through the various choices in flooring from vinyl to hard wood! Instead of being overwhelming, it was so much fun! About a week before the installation was to occur, our basement flooded, and before we knew it, our main floor project was turned into floor re-do of the entire house. Thank goodness we were working with a company as wonderful as Floorology. Tim was incredible

Stopped there today (6-18-18). We are currently shopping for a quartz counter top. Told by Kelly that they cannot sell us a counter top unless we buy a floor. Sort of like you can't buy a car until you first purchase a truck from the dealer. Explained that this is an insurance job and we wanted to do counter first and then the floor (solid wood). Both purchases to be finalized in the next week or two. The two jobs would have been 20-25 thousand dollars total. She said that's not how they do business. Customer must purchase the floor first. Ignorance and greed at it's very best.

After visiting and conversing with multiple tile stores we chose Floorology in Rothschild without hesitation. Horrible customer service! We scheduled an appointment for them to come to our house; they never showed up. I called the next day to ask why they didn't show up. The girl who answered was very snippy, she apologized but said they thought we were going to come to the store first, so they didn't know what to do. I asked why they didn't call to confirm, she became angry, said she had apologized and hung up on me. I guess they have plenty of business and don't need or want ours.

I don't usually give reviews, but this one warrants a response. The ladies at Floorology were very helpful in helping us choose hardwood flooring. The installation went really well and the workmanship by Tim and his associate was excellent. We highly recommend Floorology for your flooring needs. Their professionalism in dealing with the customer stands out in a not so perfect world.

We had a great experience with Floorology. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us fine tune our design and gave great suggestions. The show room had numerous tile samples to choose from. They were very helpful and patient as we looked at all the tile options. We would lay options out on their big work table and talked through them to come to a decision. Once that was complete, to assist us in finishing the design of the room, they even helped us pick matching paint color. We were very pleased with the installer’s quality of work and the overall outcome of our tile project

A beautiful gem of a store. So lucky to have found it. We updated our kitchen and I knew I wanted a backsplash. They have such a nice selection, it was hard for me to find just one that would work. Their designers were so helpful and listened to my needs. Everything went so smoothly. The installer is fantastic. So precise. We absolutely love this remodel but the huge center is the backsplash. Cannot recommend them enough.
