Incredible customer service from the ladies in the office, Cassidy and Gertrude are wonderful to work with. Gertrude has helped me work through a project for one of our clients from start to finish and has provided me with incredible customer service even after I have received my order. From the Forest is a class-act from the products they offer, to their staff, and customer support. I have gotten such nice compliments on my new floors! Also, I can attest to their scratch resistance! I have an active German Shepherd who runs around and plays on these floors, and there’s absolutely no sign of scratches, dings, dents or anything on them. Fabulous product & company- highly recommend!
