What is a Signature Home? This Home incorporates Farrell's high quality of standards, exclusive designs, and level of excellence needed to construct a Farrell home. Each home is designed with a unique theme that combines design with function; from the bathroom to the backyard, everything is aligned inside and out with that theme.
As the name suggests, a Farrell Custom Home has you, the owner, in the driver's seat, while the Farrell team is there to help you where and when needed. The Custom Home option allows you to be firmly at the helm of your vision, but secure in the knowledge that the full weight of the Farrell team is behind you.

Unfortunately purchased a home from them, not very honest outfit they removed all the HDBaseT networking receivers in the house. Their reasoning the receivers were not mounted unlike the transmitters. You need both the receiver and transmitter pair in order for it to work so the only solution is to buy new pairs or re-wire the house about $2,100 to replace the units or re-wiring requiring the walls to opened. Their solution was for me to purchase units through their vendor for about $1,600 that were 1080p instead of 4K units that were originally in the house.

When I stopped in at their new location in Bridgehampton, standing alone for about 4-5 minutes when a man approached me to ask what I wanted. We had a brief discussion about building a home in the Hampton's. After telling him what I was looking for in my new home, he told me that he will get back to me on Monday. Well, many Monday's have come and gone without hearing from Farrell Building. This is not the way to build confidence and trust when spending upwards of $1 million dollars to build a new home. I will not consider using this company to build anything.
