Scott the sales manager was very helpful on new years eve. I had bought from him in the past. I had gone to another certified dealer closer to me for the service work though and they were not aware of how i could use my honda card to pay for service work. I gave scott a ring knowing he would know how it worked and he was able to give them a hand and a contact to help them out. And get me back on the road again.

Took my Honda Accord in for an oil change and tire & break inspection and was told ,I had zero brake pads on the front and it would cost $520.00 to repair, well, that didn’t fly with me (my breaks we’re stopping and no squeaking)Took my car to another auto clinic and was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with my breaks. I know not to ever trust this dealer ever again. I assume they thought they could easily rip off an elder lady. NOT SO! You deserve less than 1 star.

Had to get my oil changed and such this morning and Sam in the service department was phenomenal to say the least. Engaging, friendly, knowledgable, and right on top of the ball. Best car leasing experience I could ask for! Ivan is the best car salesman I've ever worked with. He isn't pushy and doesn't pressure you at all, he just listens to what you want and answers your questions directly. My Honda battery dies and is under warranty. You would think that means they will just replace it, or 60% of it in this case. Nope. That's not the Honda way. They needed to nickle and dime me ($36) for the labor of putting the battery in. Ok, I'll just put it in myself. Oh no- that's not how the warranty works. I thought a warranty was a guarantee to replace a product that was not working as intended. So they refused to replace the battery or were fraudulent (not this dealership, just Honda service in general) when explaining that all I have to do is just come in and get the new

I'm writing this to warn any potential buyers to not deal with this dealership! My husband and I did a ton of research and drove 4 hours each way to pick up a 2018 Honda Odyssey. Genthe knew we were coming for 6 days, but upon arrival the van was a mess and had not been cleaned at all. Once we got inside the van, there were hidden water spots all over the ceiling of the van and on the leather seats. There was patches of carpets ripped out and covered up in all pictures posted, and even when we got there they took the spare tire out to put over some of these patches of missing carpet. There

Went in to buy a car that I had an agreed upon price only to find out that the car had been damaged which they didnt disclose and that it wouldnt be ready even if I wanted to buy it. They told me over and over they didnt realize the car I was looking at buying was the one that was damaged. When I was looking for the 2017 CRV, I was picky at first as to what I'd like on it. Mainly, I was looking for black exterior and black interior, and they were one of the only dealers that had one in stock that was very new. It was a 40 minute drive from where I live, but when it was all said and done, it was so worth the trip! I have a Honda Odyssey that was purchased as a certified used car. I also purchased an extended warranty that is expiring in June 2017. I went in to see if they could check my van out because I noticed a "clunk" when I put it in reverse at times. The service rep then goes on to tell me, "yes we will be happy to check it out for you but if there is nothing wrong with your van, you will have to pay a service fee"....somewhere about $100-125 was the quote I think. If you want to go to them be careful, when you go there they will give the best treatment but when you leave they will not even know you, I bought a van for 20k and starting from the 2nd week I've been visiting them on a weekly basis. Last time I was there it took them 3 days!! Just to fix then window key, 3 days! Shame on them and shame on their costumer service. I will warn you all be careful and don't buy from there.

I have been taking my Honda for more than 2 years. I am not happy with the service received this time at Genthe honda. previously they used to be better, new employee doesn't comply with the dealer in terms of communication,professionalism and integrity. I gave the manager opportunity to fix it. They failed to resolve issues properly. I wont go to this place again!!! VERY BAD COMMUNICATION/INTEGRITY!!!!!! Unless you have to, please try not to go there for any service/repair over 100$

I don't like taking my Honda Civic anywhere else for maintenance or body work. I bought her here under blue book and this is the best maintenance service I've seen. They've been known to vacuum just as a courtesy, are recognized by AAA as a preferred repair shop, don't push unnecessary service (another place told me to replace the tires, so I got a second opinion here and they recommended just a rotation even though I brought up replacement), and will have you in and out in a reasonable time.
