I've heard a lot of horror stories about locksmiths. This wasn't one. I got what I was hoping for: an older gentleman who seemed like an enthusiast or hobbyist for locks. He helped me unlock a jammed lock on a very old desk and change out the very old cylinder and did so for a reasonable price. It was fast and everything works great now, so it was worth it. Got all my business records back out of the drawer. Give them your business.

My door was having trouble latching, and would simply push open. The technician came out on a day's notice, quickly diagnosed that he had to use the grinder to expand the hole in the door frame, and he was done and the problem was solved in half an hour. Quick and efficient, very reasonable price, and did not try to upsell me on a new knob or deadbolt or anything. The kind of service I like.

Sadi is very quick to respond. I lost my keys back in August and helped me replace not only my car keys, but my mail box key as well.
For my car, he included the key to start it and a spare in case I locked my keys in there (Which I do quiet often) and all for a very reasonable price.
Today, I went to pick up a new key fob and realized I had a flat. Sadi not only programmed my key, but helped with my tire! So much respect for this lock company and their kindness.

I spontaneously popped in here since it was on my way home. All I needed were some key covers to differentiate my back door/front door house keys. I didn't catch the name of the guy who helped me, but he was friendly, professional and fast, which I appreciated because my kids were in the car. I only came in for key covers but I would happily return when I need actual keys made.

I wish I would have asked for the names of the locksmiths who came out to help me this morning. I am new to my building with autolock doors and I locked myself out when walking my dogs. A neighbor searched for a locksmith and this place came up, thank God!!! They were so friendly, fast, professional and caring with my time and my lock! Amazing service. This guy had passion for locks !! Without destroying my lock, he opened it. Very reasonable price as well. There are ton of scam artists out there. We locked ourselves, our three-year old and 2 dogs outside. Sadi responded within the exact timeframe given- 20 minutes. He was super polite, professional and efficient. He got our door open within minutes and even fixed our lock so that it wouldn't get stuck in the locked position again (it's an old lock that is in need of replacement). Customer service was above and beyond expected, and the price was reasonable.

We had used 24 hours real lock and key in the past for changing locks and had a great experience so when we had to change locks again it was a no brainer that we reached out to them.
Inga who helped co-ordinate the appt was extremely polite and helpful. As they say, first impressions count and if that first impression isn't good, the chances are slim you will get another chance. Inga played that role extremely well and I felt that we would have a great experience.

Overall: highly recommend! They saved me while I was in a pinch and did it graciously making the experience as pleasant and streamlined as possible. Not sure how premium their prices are but for the convenience and peace of mind, I'd call them again if I needed to.

Thanks to Real Lock and Key for the assistance with our house door, as we had an old deadbolt lock that came loose and unusable, and we weren't able to put it back together. I gave Real Lock and Key a call, and Sadi was able to come in 30 minutes as per what the representative told me over the phone. Sadi was very patient with our questions as we eventually decided to change out a new lock, and also took the time to adjust and file down the side of our door so that it could close more easily, since our door was a little deformed over the years. Locking yourself out of your apartment is the worst way to start a morning, but Real Lock & Key really turned it around for me. The woman on the phone was so nice, and the guy showed up within 15 minutes and was so professional and kind. Don't recommend locking yourself out of your home, but in that situation, would definitely recommend this place!
