I highly recommend this company, I first spoke with Mark who came to my home to do a free inspection and was super helpful in answering my questions and giving me good insight on my pest problem. He also worked with my schedule and made sure he came at good time for me so I wouldn’t have to miss work. Brian came out and treated our home maybe a month ago and we’ve seen wonderful results, no more pests!

We started using Pest-Ops because our old pest control company was sold and the management and team went downhill in care and providing good service. We found our previous good technician, Randy, now working for this company and we are back to having the quality service we expect. They are responsive and timely with their service. Randy pointed out a wasp nest that the previous company missed less than a week before. We highly recommend.

I was very impressed with my service and super happy Pest Ops sent Randy to save my day. He confirmed my choice to have Pest Ops as my service provider. The apartments I live in use their services. We moved in into the apartment in January of this year. And I had never had roaches/waterbugs in years!! The first time they came to exterminate I was upset..It's not their fault. The lady name Rosa is so sweet, respectful and very very professional!!!

I received great customer service today from Matt. He was personable, considerate, and professional. He seemed eager to handle all my pest control concerns, dropped some knowledge about spider control, and checked all areas I requested of him. If i could give more than 5 stars i would... Mark, Kyle, David and the entire crew of Pest Ops are the best! My family and I have been blessed to have them and they take care of all of our needs. Mosquito spray in the yard so we can enjoy the outside and a huge peace of mind while our toddler runs wild in the house that he wont run into any creepy crawlers.
