What can I say? I love this store. They have excellent quality of furniture and some decor too. Basically my whole furniture is from their store. And if I have any concern, they are always there to help me and my husband. I love love the owner, he is very calm and listen to your concerns and ALWAYS have a way to make everything easier and a way to make us happy. Idk with others but with my family it's the true paradise. Linda is fantastic, she is the best one, and the guy I forgot his name he is very nice too.

I went in to purchase furniture and there was a Asian lady working, she was ignoring me. She was chasing a white couple who were in the store looking, they were actually across at T-Mobile waiting on their phones killing time basically. I was the one who actually wanted to purchase something from the store and she would give me no service.

I bought a bed from this company it is a beautiful bed however they are very misleading. There is a middle piece that is supposed to support the bed and every time I get on my bed it makes a loud clunk. I called and expressed my concern about this and they clearly did not care. They claimed all their beds come like that! And I could pay 65 dollars for someone to come out and replace it! Sounds like they already know about this middle piece being a problem and want more money out of people. Don’t waste your time!

This place is the worst furniture place I ever dealt with. I was told I was going to get my further in 7-10 day and only half of it arrived a month later and it’s been 2 months now and I’m still waiting on the other half. The customer service is terrible. No one communicated with me about the delay in my furniture. Most of the time they didn’t answer the phone and when they did I would be put on hold 30min -1hr or sometimes even hanged up on. They also tried charging me twice the delivery fee because they forgot to deliver my rug. There is a place called furniture club in Palmdale and the

I have been a loyal customer since 2010. My whole house is furnished with Paradise's furniture, and I am a very happy repeated customer. I would never buy from any furniture store except Paradise. The owner always goes an extra mile to help his customers. All the sales staff is wonderful and always attentive and ready to help.
