Alex, Josh, and Kaleb helped my 81 year old mother move from her home and were fantastic! While she organized things as best she could, these guys came in with the moving supplies and had things squared away in no time. What was really amazing to see was the level of courtesy and patience they had during what is admittedly always a stressful time. They were extremely careful with everything and very conscientious with all her items. I would highly recommend this crew in a time where it is more and more difficult to find great customer service. I'm a returning customer, using A Man with a Van for a local move. Once again, they've gone above and beyond, exceeded my expectations and made moving just a little easier!
Their excellent customer service began when I received a call from Denise a few days before my scheduled move. There was a pretty significant snow storm in the forecast, so Denise called to make arrangements to reschedule the movers a day early, so that I could be all moved and settled before the storm!
On moving day, Alex and T arrived with great attitudes and had brought wardrobe boxes for me to use (free of charge, btw

I would recommend them to anyone looking to move. They do what they say, on-time, professionally, and there are no hidden surprises. They made our move from Colorado to Denver easier. They were even able to save us some money when they realized they didn't need a second truck. They didn't jam our belongings into the truck. They were carefully numbered and arranged. They set up our beds when they unloaded. Really nice people, who care about customer service.

Denise emailed me setting up the appointment.. and wow! These guys rock! Really nice customer service over all, it felt like they were friends of mine helping me move! Moved to downtown and the move couldn't be more seamless, they really moved a ton of stuff in such short amount of time! Would recommend 100%.

Wow! What a great experience!! 😁 The whole move out of the old place and into the new was swift and done with perfection. The crew of Alex, Terriouse, Kaleb and Lupe were like a well oiled machine. No messing around to rack up time. Denise, the move coordinator, was so helpful with all the questions I had. I couldn't have asked or paid for anything better!

A Man With A Van was GREAT! We had Chris and Blake move our items from an apartment into a house a couple weeks ago. It involved multiple flights of stairs and hot temperatures. The entire time they were with us, they were positive, helpful, capable, thoughtful, and friendly. It was clear they respected each other, us, and our belongings. While the moving process tends to be stressful from my past experiences, Chris and Blake made it a piece of cake. They even helped us drop a couch off at Goodwill on our way. I couldn't recommend them enough!!!

What an ordeal!!! First off we were quoted $250 an hour for 6 guys and 2 trucks. The first truck arrived 10 minutes late. The second truck arrived an hour late. Shortly after the second truck arrived someone lit up some pot in my back yard. Within 30 minutes I could smell it again. I was busy in the basement finishing boxing my sewing room. Honestly, you never saw more than 2 guys in the house at a time because the other 4 were visiting in the garage. Alex and Armondo came out to move us into our new home and we couldn't have asked for better service. Both men were courteous, polite, and professional. They got our entire 22' truck unloaded and our bed assembled in just over 2 hours. They were hustling while also being respectful of corners in the house and the fragility of the furniture. Terrible experience with A Man With A Van. I moved with less furniture than a studio apartment - just boxes and bedroom furniture. I was given a quote of $250 but I ended up paying $430 because theses movers were extremely SLOW and took their time, including a break to walk to a gas station to get water. They didn't properly wrap any of my furniture so many wood pieces were damaged. They broke a leg off of my nightstand but didn't bother mentioning it to me. Very slow, very expensive, and I'm left with damaged furniture. Take your business elsewhere.

Overall, a really good experience. Came recommended by our Office Manager, who used them once personally for her apartment, and then again to move our office to a new location.
The only thing to be careful of is the over-the-phone quote. I thought I was upfront and clear about the amount of stuff needing moving and the logistics of the origin/destination buildings, but when the movers arrived after another big job, they estimated it would take twice the time quoted for this one-plus bedroom move across town. I wasn't in a position to make other arrangements, so together we decided to reschedule

We used a man with a van moving company to move us out of one home, to store boxes and furniture for almost a year, and to move us in to a new home. The move out was fine. However, the move in was not good. First, the movers were five hours late. We were told several times throughout the morning that the trucks were "30 minutes away." Second, we were told we would have a six man crew, but only four men showed up. The move in took several hours longer as a result of the smaller crew.

These guys are great. I called them the day of my move because the mover I had scheduled a week in advance didn't show up (Stallion Movers). I called at 9:30 am on Saturday morning and they showed up by 12. They were cheaper than the first mover I tried to hire and they work really fast. No damage to my furniture and the movers were nice guys. I will use these guys again.

These guys were awesome! Arrived about 15 min early and worked hard the entire time. We had three big dudes show up and just power hauled all of our boxes and heavy items like it was nothing. I'm not kidding. I saw two of them move an old plasma TV that had to be over 100 lbs. all by himself like it was nothing.
What I really appreciated is the time and care they took when moving in our new place. It is our first home and still very pristine in condition. They didn't touch a single wall or scrape up any of our new wood floors. Even took the door off the hinges to fit in the big stuff

A few years ago we used A Man with A Van and had a very positive experience.
So...when we moved this weekend only 4 blocks way from our current apartment-I decided to use them again (as my husband was away in Ireland for a funeral during the move).
The two employees arrived only 5 minutes late so I thought we were off to a good start. They surveyed our small one bedroom apartment and immediately the older gentleman told me it would probably be double the price I was quoted. I said let's see how it goes. I am not sure if it was because I was female and alone, that he thought he could scam
