We received excellent customer service from the moment we walked in the door. Ron was patient and used his years of expertise in helping us select the perfect baby furniture. While very expensive, the quality is like none other. During delivery, the team was kind and helpful and provided us with thoughtful tips. As new parents, we couldn’t have asked for more. Five stars all around!

My mother and father in law were gracious enough to spoil our unborn son with this amazing furniture. To be honest I was a little hesitant to go here because of the price but the quality of the furniture it unbeatable. It is extremely high quality and I now understand why it is a little more expensive. I know this will last our son basically...forever! We did have to wait about 12 weeks for the furniture, I was happy that we went to look so early, just a tip for planning because it was well worth the wait. The two men who delivered the furniture were outstanding and so helpful. They moved stuff

Best place EVER! I feel like I got the BEST for my baby - without paying a lot. Everyone there had SO much knowledge of all of their products and also how it compares to other products out there and why. I am so excited. They really listened to us and answered all our questions before our first baby came. They really care about their customers individually. There wasn't a question they didn't answer of mine and they were so patient and caring. The quality is incredible, and their products are very unique. We love it there!

We didn’t go to the store, because I found the furniture I wanted online and just ordered through Lil Deb n Heir. But we had a great experience with delivery. Jason snd Ron came on a Sunday and were incredibly careful and attentive to detail. We had a very difficult stairway for them to take up a large bed frame and they spent tons of time planning and trying things to get it done without damaging the furniture or our home. They helped us get just the right set up in the bedroom and were very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. They made a second trip out the following Sunday when the final

The furniture is beautiful and great quality! They are very helpful with any questions you may have and kept great communication while we waited for our order to arrive. The delivery men were also very knowledgeable about the furniture and explained everything we needed to know about caring for and cleaning it as well as converting it as our baby grows. They also have a wide delivery range which was a blessing for us since we live in Champaign. I was very happy with the whole process and definitely recommend this family-owned business to anyone looking for high quality and personalized customer

I bought my daughters crib 2 yrs ago and it converts into a toddler bed and then a full sz bed. When we were converting to a full we had a issue with the screws and holes to put it together. Our warranty didn't cover the issue so we called the store and talked to Ron who was helpful right from the beginning. He drove all the way out to my house the next day and fixed the issue so we can now finish converting to a full sz bed. I have never seen a company take responsibility after two yrs and they sure we were taken care and did what was necessary to fix the issue. It was great! If we ever have

If you look up "customer service" in the dictionary, you will see this store Little Deb n Heir. We have purchased all of our children's furniture here and the craftsmanship and quality are unmatched! Period! Now let's get to the service. It goes something like this...the time is around 6 pm. I am converting crib to twin bed. A piece of bed was missing. I notice that store was closed but decided to call any way. Store manager was working late and actually answered phone. I explained my situation. Without hesitation he finds an extra piece in back of the store and 1 hour later

I was hesitant to shop here after reading some mixed reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. I've been here a few times in the past few months to prepare for baby #2. The staff was helpful, prompt and courteous. They were great with communication - following up quickly to emails or phone. The furniture arrived and it was perfect and - more importantly - on time! Their selection is quite large and we found something in our price range (which was much lower than what we spent at another local store for baby #1!). Overall, I was really pleased and would definitely go back.

I'm really happy to see another great review on Yelp for Li'l!! We almost didn't even stop in because of the other/older reviews that show up on Google. We drove out to Naperville from the city primarily to visit another much larger store in the area (super disappointing btw!!!!) and figured we might as well swing by Li'l while we were closeby. As Heather said, gorgeous, quality furniture, hence the "expensive prices" mentioned in other reviews. My husband and I visited several other stores (a total of six), however, and Li'l is highly competitive pricewise

My husband and I stopped into Li'l Deb-N-Heir yesterday. Upon our arrival there were two employees at the counter talking to another couple. No one greeted us so we helped ourselves and browsed the entire store. We finally decided to leave and still did not even get a "goodbye" or "thanks for stopping in" from the two employees standing right by the entrance/exit. I do not believe it took two people to help the other couple but even still a "hello" or "I will be right with you" would have been okay with us instead of being completely ignored. With that

This is the absolute worst place to buy any merchandise. I bought a bunk bed that has a desk, and had to purchase the chair separately. Big mistake!!!! First of all they said they undercharged me for delivery and added money to my bill after the fact at which point they overcharged me. The first nite my child laid down on it the bottom rail cracked. At this point, I called them and they said this never happens and we're basically calling me a liar. He told me to take pictures and send them via email. After hanging up, Ron called back and told me that he was going to stop by and take

We stopped in here while visiting family in the area and were really impressed! It's hard to find stores these days which carry higher end items that you can touch and feel before shelling out the cash. Since we know we want a really sturdy, long-term crib that's made of all-wood and not overseas, this place was a treasure for us!

This place can be your worst nightmare (pricing) but it certainly can lead to some very sweet dreams.
I purchased my children's furniture here when the store was in Berwyn and now back for (YIKES) grandchildren's. They really have some outstanding collections and items you will not see at other stores.
It is very QUIET and I can visualize grandpas sleeping away in the comfy gliders while decisions about how his money will be spent are being made.

I did not have the same experience as the other reviewers. The staff are rude and not very helpful. A very disappointing experience given their beautiful products. Even though, they had impressive merchandise, I was hesitant to make a purchase. Mostly because I was not confident that if I'd happen to experience a problem in the future that I'd have a satisfactory customer service experience. Anyway, I went home and looked them up on the Better Business Bureau website. I was right to think twice before I purchased from them. Take a look for your self.

I visited this store from the city and was very pleased with my initial experience purchasing a crib and changing table. The value was so good compared to stores in the city that we went back to purchase our rocker/ottoman, as well as crib linens. We received a call of notification that our purchases had arrived and arranged for delivery through their 3rd party servicer the same day. When the delivery man arrived at the store for pick-up, they could not find my linens. An hour after the delivery man was supposed to arrive we received a call from him confirming the store had actually sent him away

The most gorgeous children's room decor in the universe, and a pricetag to match, but check it out if you have the means. They've got the cool-looking old-fashioned buggy that is not practical at all. The staff are so helpful, and they really don't mind browsers. The furniture is high-quality, and the bedding lovely.
Although...I shudder somewhat when I see the "Financing Available" sign in the window when I drive by. The image of apartment dwellers making payments on a $5000 nursery comes to mind.
