The overall experience was fine I guess. It is a super expensive piece of furniture that would be better purchased online versus having to deal with the store. The store employees know very little about the product and are useless in answering any questions you may have. Unfortunately, the Lovesac is the ONLY option that will fit my space. I have to buy it regardless of any experience I had while purchasing. Having said that, I did have only one request. That was to delay shipment for 2 weeks while the space construction was completed. It shipped 3 days after I purchased it AFTER the store manger

Working with LoveSac has been a phenomenal experience. The quality of our new couch is second to none. It is meant to be part of your daily life. We had a warranty issue with our fabric covers, and customer service worked to make it right promptly. I recommend LoveSac based on both the quality and the customer service experience.

It was a wonderful experience. First off the store took wonderful safety measures considering the pandemic where it was appointment only and I really appreciated that. I never felt rushed, they were knowledgeable, they turned it into a good fun time, they guided me through everything, and everyone seemed genuinely happy (which as someone who has worked retail, is quite the accomplishment. And it makes a world of difference to see). It was genuinely a pleasure going through the process of figuring out what I wanted and I felt relaxed the entire time. Thank you :)
