I went with Marwood Construction on my kitchen remodel. I had some special requests and Patrick was there to help me. He was very professional, communicative and friendly. He and his team were wonderful, always on time, worked hard every day and were very respectful to my home. The project was complete on time and within my budget. Everything went smooth and my kitchen turned out great. I highly recommend Marwood Construction, they provide excellent quality at very reasonable costs!

This contractor, PATRICK MARTIN, MARWOOD CONSTRUCTION is a scam and not worth even one star. Martin unethically scammed and received funds without purchasing materials and without providing services. Additionally the services he provided had to be corrected and redone after he was fired. Took our funds and used for his personal use. Stay away from this scammer. We’ve retained an attorney and have filed a lawsuit against Marwood Construction and Martin personally. Currently in litigation. Totally unethical!

Patrick was absolutely fantastic! I was out of state when my relative's home was damaged storm. I contacted Marwood Construction on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend, and he took the time to call me back personally to see how Marwood could help. Then he drove all the way over to the property and showed me everything on video, so he could make sure the property was safe before the holiday. Bonus! Marwood provided the best bid for the repairs! There can be nothing worse than living in a house filled with people where the bathroom keeps flooding. Every second day, calling the plumber for fixing issues was becoming very costly for me, and so I decided to go for a complete remodeling to solve my problems. Being a chef, I always wanted a kitchen that would have all the facilities in it. With my busy schedule working at a restaurant, it was difficult for me to come back home and cook for my family as well. My historical home was in ruins from the exterior, but I knew that the bone structure was strong from within. Now, since I was back in Houston, I was looking forward to staying at the house.
