First contacted Nunez back in 2018 for AC repairs and he successfully maintained old / tired unit working for us until it finally gave out in July of 2021. Nunez just replaced our entire AC unit at very reasonable price. We strongly recommend this company for all your AC & Heating needs.

I had 5 different companies come to my house to help with my poor AC (all chosen based on google reviews). All in all, they were all very good and professional, but Nunez was really a step above. I had a few problems and concerns and when other companies said nothing could be done, Nunez came up with solutions and possible work arounds. He seemed the most knowledgeable of all of them. He also explained things in great detail and showed great patience as I took a long time and asked lots of questions. Great experience. Was remodeling my Entire home (Gut Job) and asked him to come by and give estimate to get my ac up and Running smoothly.
Instead of telling me a price so he can get the job and start right away- He was honest with me and told me that it would be best for me to finish my Home remodeling and have him come back so it wouldn’t get any of the dust from remodeling into my ac condenser.
Remodeling nearly completed and I call him back And he remembers the details of my system that we talked about months ago. Did the job and now my ac Up running Right in time for us to move in. Definitely

I had Mr. Nunez & his AC tech assistant Mr. Isaac, replace the EVAP coil/ Pan/ TXV... in our AC unit today and I am completely satisfied with their job performance, cleanliness & attention to detail. They arrived on time and with the correct parts... Mr. Nunez was highly patience and professional in the installation ensuring no leaks detected at the coils & fitting connectors.. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, friendly & affordable Air Conditioning & heating issues...
