I called Kulla and Kurt(owner) answered while on vacation-"going fishing!).

That was a Friday. He was at my home on the day he said he would be: "the next Wednesday" as he said he would be.

Kurt and his trusty assistant; Pat diagnosed the problem, replaced the damaged electrical parts, showed me how to run the new thermostat, B.S.'d with Kurt and they were out the door in less than an hour.

Now here is the kicker. Another company told me I needed to replace my ENTIRE AC/FURNACE for $5,000.

Kurt and Pat are quick to respond whenever I have a problem. They've skipped lunch, came early and/or worked into the evening if they're booked solid already. They always repair cost effectively and replace only when absolutely needed or if it makes sense in a units life cycle.

Such an honest company with a huge heart to serve their customers! Definitely would recommend if you want kind and honest people to work with. You can’t go wrong with Kurt—such a nice guy!

Curt Kulla is pleasant, honest, fair in his pricing and provides EXCELLENT customer service. In today's society it seems everyone wants the sale but provide no follow up. Kulla Heating and Air will not disappoint! They are timely, efficient and truly make their customers feel like we're important. Wish there were more stars to give them!

We recently had our Furnace & AC replaced. Curt explained all of our options and went over the whole installation process with us. I wasn't happy with the current location of my AC unit so Curt & Patrick moved the new unit to a much better location at very little cost. They installed our new Nest wifi thermostat which is already helping us save money. Curt also hand delivered rebate forms for us with Dakota Electric and Centerpoint which saved us hundreds of dollars. I would highly recommend Kulla Heating & Air! Very nice and honest company!

My A/C stopped working recently. I called Curt and they were at my house within a couple of hours. They diagnosed the problem, explained all the possible causes and options to repair, and then made the repair. They were great to work with on my furnace and a/c install years ago, and were just as great to work with on this repair. Friendly, neat, and efficient.

Our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year and Curt and Pat were very quick to respond. They were able to come out the same day and fix it. They were able to fix the blower motor without replacing it to keep the cost down. They are honest, prompt, and professional. We definitely will use them again!

I had my furnace and air conditioner replaced and the service was very good. They arrived on time and completed the job on schedule. The price was much lower compared to all the other companies.

Our neighbor recommended Kulla Heating & Air, so we contacted Curt. For medical reasons, we needed the new HVAC installed during a summer cool period. When the forecast turned favorable, Curt called. They did the complete removal and installation in two days. Everything has worked perfectly since. We've owned this home since construction, almost 20 years, and we've never had better control over the heating and air conditioning. We haven't had to call Kulla for service yet, but our neighbor claims they are 100% dependable, and we're sure they will be.

If customer service and timely response is important to you PLEASE DO NOT USE Kulla! After all, with this type of service, you need them when you need them. I found out that I couldn’t count on Kulla Heating and Air when I needed them most! I moved on to another company that would pick up the phone (or at least return a vm) when I called. Consider yourself warned! Don’t waste your time with Kulla!!!

These guys are so great to work with! Never a good experience to have your furnace go out-they came out and fixed it temporarily before putting in the replacement furnace. Even called to check on me to make sure the temporary fix was still working and I was not freezing. Being a single woman I hate the hustle I feel from some other companies-but totally felt I could trust these guys-and my bill was $100 less than the quote! Enjoyed our North Dakota connection! Will definitely use these guys again(just hopefully not too soon)!
