Alex and Jose came out to check on a leak of mine after the Bomb Cyclone. Not only did they arrive on time, they were incredibly nice and helpful in trying to diagnose the problem.
It was very clear they are very knowledgeable about roofs and roof leaks. They are a family owned business which serves the SF Bay Area.
A previous roofer I had come to inspect my roof, and he didn't say anything about where the potential leak could be. Instead, he said I should just replace the entire roof. Whereas Alex was extremely helpful and told the truth that the roof was absolutely fine. And that The potential

Such honesty is both rare and truly appreciated -- we didn't actually need a new roof, we just needed fresh caulking at a juncture of our roof and our neighbor's roof. And Alex and Gus were straightforward and honest with me about it. They could have sold me a new roof, and when it's time for a new roof, they'll be the ones to do it. My wife and I had a roof in serious need of everything. It was literally falling apart. The scope of work included repair, prep and reworking our drainage. I have never worked with a more conscientious, thorough and kind group of guys on any project ever. This includes all 5 homes we have owned. Gus returned my call promptly and took the time to explain all the considerations we might take into account when installing our new garage roof. He and his team were friendly and communicated well throughout the process. They arrived on time for the site inspection as well as for the installation and completed the job in a timely manner. My mother’s home is a tract house built in the mid 50’s. With a tar and gravel roof, it’s a hot box in summer and difficult to heat in winter. It needed some repairs to prolong the life of the roof, but not wanting to spend the money and dreading another hot summer, I decided to replace it now. I got 4 or 5 local estimates. No one would replace the tar and gravel and most intended to use a rigid insulation which covered only the living space. Gus provided me a phone consultation about an existing foam roof on a home I purchased. Not being familiar with foam roofs, they are extremely foreign not only to me, but as well as other roofing companies. I called Gus to get some insight from a company who understood foam roofing. I had a wonderful experience with Alex Jimenez of Advanced Foam Roofing. First and foremost, Alex did everything as promised and when promised. The team was pleasant, polite, hard working, and cleaned up as they worked. Alex was on-sight the entire time.
