Company founder, Brad Olsen started his pest control career over 21 years ago in Texas with a well-known nationwide company. After becoming disillusioned with some of the common industry practices that tended toward short-changing the customer, he set off to start doing business his way. I made an appointment to get an estimate and on the day of my appointment, the owner Brad came out. He was on time, he called me when he was on his way, he was friendly. We have used this company many times now and we always get amazing service and great people out to our home. Jim is our go-to guy and I would suggest requesting him when you call for you pest control needs!

I do not think I've dealt with a nicer company. From beginning to end this place has been amazing. They were quick to respond, answered all questions and came out to handle a mouse issue at my moms house. I highly recommend them. It's just not often anymore you find a place with such outstanding customer service.

Service is consistently amazing. All of the techs I have had are professional and super helpful. I had Tony today and he was awesome. He explained everything and was very thorough. I previously had Juan come out and he he even pulled my trash cans in for me abs put them away, which is absolutely not his job. Highly recommend this company!

I had some "unwanted guests" twice in one week.....the kind with lots of legs......needed them gone fast! I called Urban Desert Pest Control & they asked me a few questions to determine the best plan for me & they were able to send someone out the next day!! Tony was fantastic! We've been using urban desert for quite some time. Tony is a new tech at the company. He started off sending us a courtesy call with his eta. When he showed up he was friendly and made great conversation. The company in general is top-notch. All of their points of contacts have great attitudes. Their employees feel vested in the company which projects towards their service.

We had previous experience with Urban Desert when we rented our house. After purchasing, I consulted a few other companies, but found that Urban Desert had the best prices. We used both their pest control services (roof rats) and their termite services (5 year warranty). All told, Urban Desert charged 25% less than other companies had estimated, and they had to do additional work which was not in the other companies' estimates.
Their pest control department is top notch. Beyond simple extermination, these folks fix pipes and seal all potential rodent entry ways. They do a great job! My technicians

We generally live in CA and come to our home in AZ when we can. Upon arriving this past week, I found evidence of termites - a single termite tube hanging from the ceiling in our master bath.
I immediately called Urban Desert (we are current pest control customers) and found that they have a Termite division. And they're busy. Took a few days before they could come out.

Jim came out and treated the house and yard for scorpions. He was generous with the chemical, especially outside, so it would serve as a barrier to entry by bugs. He was kind and friendly and took all the time I needed to answer my questions. He explained how the chemicals work and showed me ways to seal the house so that bugs can't come in. He was professional and honest, and didn't try to sell me anything. The price was good. I will definitely use them again for pest problems in the future.

I did quite a bit of research before deciding on a pest control company for my new place. I was pleasantly surprised when Brad came over to do the estimate himself. He was reassuring and confident he could take care of my new place. Scheduling was easy very with the office, and they were great about communicating before our appointment. Tony was the specialist that came over to treat the house. Tony was great, very knowledgeable, and efficient. Fabulous service from the initial email contact to set up the appointment. The owner, Brad, came out for the walk through and he couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He explained everything he was doing and came up with a plan of service. Fortunately we had zero pest activity, but, this being Phoenix, one needs to be proactive. We have been using Urban Desert Pest Control for about four years now. Mostly because their workers always arrive on time. That was a problem we had regarding other pest control companies. The others were like a cable company arriving between a 3-4 hour time span. UDPC workers are always professional and courteous as well.
