Victory kitchen and bath has amazing service. I was very pleased with the time spend designing my kitchen with the measurements I had given. Very detailed orientated and made sure to take all my idea into consideration and offered valuable tips as well. We are still in the process of deciding but I appreciate there time and great service.

1) Incredible service from start to finish - I worked closely with Aselina (calling her a project manager only begins to cover her responsibilities) from the first call, through design ideas and selecting materials, arranging contractor schedules, and solving for various issues along the way. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful

I'm still mad. I worked with Victory Kitchen and Bath for two months to design a big master bathroom and big kitchen remodel. For our first appointment, they failed to show up but I figured things happen and rescheduled. I had two home visits where they measured and took pictures and three on site visits where I selected products from their showroom. We exchanged calls and emails to make sure all details were covered. They gave me ongoing estimates as we went along and finally a detailed, itemized contract with a final estimate. When we were getting ready to sign, I asked for more information

The president has Covid but that still won't get this business to practice safe practices.
My husband and I drove here, wanting to get a quote for a kitchen remodel but when we walked in the 7 other people in this small store - about 5 customers and 2 employees - weren't wearing masks (despite the notice on the door saying "to please wear a face mask").
I asked the women who addressed me if people weren't supposed to wear masks. She said that they are, went to put one on & gave one to one other person. She didn't seem to care about the 5 other maskless people

My review is long overdue. We hired victory kitchen and bath to remodel our kitchen which was destroyed after a flood. After getting quotes from several companies, we decided to go with Arman from Victory kitchen and bath because his quote was very reasonable. When we went to the store in Burbank, the office lady Asselina provided us with best customer service. She was helpful without being pushy. We initially only went to change our floors, but ended up buying cabinets and quartz countertops. The flooring, cabinet and countertop guys showed up on time and worked extremely hard. I would die if

All started from yelp search. The wife wanted to get an idea how much would cost to remodel a kitchen and 3 bathrooms. So we called and got quotes from few companies including Victory Kitchen and Bath. They bid everyone's quote and the service we got was outstanding. They even did free 3d kitchen design for us and explained every single thing. They finish the project even few days sooner then promised. After the demolition we had some issues with the subflooring (which we were warned) they jump on it and changed it without any questions. We are very happy with the outcome and definitely will

Armen build for 3D design for my kitchen and bath, everything came up exactly how we wanted. They are great guys, who do installation too. You can pick up everything you want in one place, which is saving time and got very happy with result at the end!

Great customer service & amazing prices. I spoke with Armen who worked with me on getting the floors I loved while making them affordable. Being a new resident in Burbank & living through a remodel is stressful enough. Armen made sure I was taken care of & provided nothing less then the perfect high quality floors. Great place. Prices are very reasonable, great customer service - Arthur was very patient and answered our countless phone calls and questions, and the delivery was right on time. They installed the sink pretty fast, and cleaned up after they were done with the job, they left the area cleaner than it was before it arrived. Will definitely recommend Victory Kitchen and Bath to friends and family.
