Bought a RAV4 Hybrid from Thomasville Toyota. They gave us a very competitive price on our trade in, and Shedrick made sure all our concerns were addressed. He kept us posted regularly on the progress of the order, and took as much time as we needed to understand the vehicle once it arrived. We noticed the car didn't have floor mats. It had somehow been omitted from the sticker. We expressed our concerns, and - after a consultation with management - Shedrick came out with a nice set for no extra charge.

Seemingly good staff and decent selection. Will say anything to get you to walk out with a bad deal. You won’t pay for 3 months with no increase interest, how about in a month you pay. Platinum warranty? We’ll eat that. No we’ll tack it on the end before we send it off. Thanks for the wonderful service guys.

Matt was excellent. We had visited Peter Boulware and they were going to add an extra $10,000 to the price. This wasn’t the case at all with Thomasville Toyota. They were upfront with pricing and the process was SO much more efficient than our experience in Tallahassee. We highly recommend buying your Toyota at Thomasville Toyota.

They can't help you. I made an appointment with Thomasville Toyota to do 3 service recalls that Toyota deems "very dangerous." I explained to the service scheduler that the recall notice stated that they would provide a loaner if needed, and since I could only drop my vehicle off after work, and since the work required would take half a day, I WOULD require a loaner. They said no problem. I drive the 40+ miles to Thomas Toyota, and they say they are out of rentals and don't have a car for me, I said I wish they would have mentioned that before I made the 80+ mile round trip for nothing. The service
