I once again tried to purchase a vehicle for my daughter last week from Kraft and they were charging $3000 over MSRP for the Kicks. I checked on line and the Nissan site even had it for $3000 less. (Oh, and initially your salesmen tried to say the price was $7000 more but they "discovered they'd made an error" when I showed them their own sticker!) I explained my husband had died three months previous and my daughter had totaled her car so I needed the best price possible. The drop off and pick up was very confusing. No explanation on how it works. Drop off was pretty fast though. Pick up was not. Several customers just standing at the drop off bay have been there awhile and nobody even asked them if they could be helped. They were picking up as well as I was. I got their attention even though they were not with any customers at all with the employees. I said, “hello can we please be helped.”
Lady was nice and told me to just stand on the outside corner and someone will bring my car around. I stood there 15min and a young guy apologized and said he was so busy

So I bought this Nissan Sentra because I was desperate for a new car and they kept pressuring me with new deals and such.
At one point I was considering trading in my car and they took my keys. When I wanted to leave they kept my keys even after I repeatedly asked for them back. I had to walk up there make them give it to me.
Then after a long day I decided to go with the car. At the end of the experience they tried to Up sale me 36 month bumper to bumper insurance and GAP insurance, but Cody Kraft failed to tell me that GAP insurance was already included! I took the deal and later found this

(Stay Away) Acting as a friend to my 82 and 88 year old clients, I took them shopping for a new Nissan Murano at Kraft Nissan and it was an awful experience. Initially the sales people were very polite and helpful. We asked for a cash price, which they reluctantly gave us after making us wait for quite awhile. Then we left the dealership and called a competitor Nissan dealership about 90 miles away and the competitor beat the price by $2,700. Yes, that is not a misprint. I even called Kraft Nissan back with the competitor price and VIN number to the Murano we were looking at, because I promised

Do not trust the salesperson. We are from out of town. Found a truck online and spoke with salesman who guaranteed truck was available and negotiated a price over the phone. Filled out required paperwork and had a form sent back stating we had a sales deal on Saturday night. Bought 6 plane tickets for our family to go and pick up the truck as soon as deal was signed. Monday morning rolls around and get a call stating truck had been sold to someone else! Was told sales manager wasn't aware it had been sold when they were dealing with us. Really??? So typical stores can keep up with thousands

I took my car to get service on Nov. 4, my transmission was messing up. They "supposedly" fixed my car by replacing the valve body kit.. I picked my car up on Nov. 6. Drove my car home and parked it.. I finally drove my car on Nov. 8 to go visit my family. As I was driving back home that night, my car started to mess up on the interstate. Went twice in one day about the 2018 Nissan kicks, went again the second day planning on buying it. Business manager Chris was extremely rude and condescending to me and my fiancé and even insinuated we were lying? All in all we went to Five Star Nissan in Albany And bought the identical car there, on 6k miles and $3k cheaper. Will never get a car from here EVER.

I have a 2012 Nissan Cube I have had my cube in numerous times for repair when I first learned of the issue I was having i explained to the service dept what was happening the car was shutting off while going down the road so they said they thought it was because I was running the ac in high wow what a concept that's surely what was happening I thought. They needed to run a diagnostic on it to see what was happening so the next thing they came up with was the fuel system might need cleaned the fuel injection system so we went ahead with that. Nope. Here we are months and months later

I have done business with Kraft Nissan for several years, mostly with the service department, but most recently with the sales department.
With any large dealership, there are a lot of moving parts, and people are involved. Both scenarios breed a mixture of good or bad experiences for most, and for me it is how you feel you were treated at the end of the day.
I have always had a good experience with their service department, but know others who said they didn't, fair enough, but I know I will be coming back to them. My recent sales experience was when I was looking to purchase a new truck

INCREDIBLY disappointed by the service staff here. They put in a bad word with the regional Nissan and made it so that they will not goodwill my headlights, which will end up costing me about $3000 out of pocket for something that was entirely out of my control. Their reasoning? That I leased the car from a Nissan in south Florida rather than their store. Their service manager Adam had me convinced that he would try his hardest to take care of this issue for me but ended up making it worse. I ended up driving 6 hours down south to have my car serviced. This whole situation is very unprofessional

I usually don't have an issue with Kraft Nissan, but they clearly don't honor their scheduled appointments. I made an appointment for 11 AM for just an oil change and was told it would be done in an hour. They didn't even touch my car until 12:30 PM. I didn't end up leaving until 1:15. I understand it's a Saturday and that they're busy, but I should have been told that from the start. I would have went home or ran errands and returned when it was ready to go. Just a bit inconsiderate, especially on a weekend when all you want to do is relax after a long work week.

I had the worst experience of my life with a purchase of any car ever in this dealer. They sold me a Leaf 2018 with the emergency braking system damaged and they never replaced. They made me responsible because I had a minor rear end crash. I have a picture BEFORE the crash showing the malfunction. In the end, I had to pay for it. When I got my car back, there was a dent in the bumper. They said me the body shop didn't repaired my car properly and they had to do the dent in order to remove the front bumper.
Don't deal with this dealer. Go away and search for other that cares for their

Went in here for an oil change and tire rotation and WOW!!! The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. They came up to me right away to figure out what I needed and I felt so welcomed. Got a tour of the place because it's my first time. They even had a smoothie truck! The manager Jack is so sweet. Todd was also a great help! I love my Nissan as well! The facility was awesome. AMAZING CAR DEALERSHIP!

I have never been here, and I certainly do not intend to after a bizarre string of communications over the last month.

Beginning March 6th, 2018, I was contacted via email by David Lanier, the Service and Parts Director at Kraft Nissan. While this went to my personal email, the name on the service was not mine, and I have never been to this dealership, which is 6 hours away from where I live. This is my first negative review. I only like writing about positive experiences. I work at a bar and 8 Kraft Nissan employees came in loud and obnoxious. The door girl asked for I.D.'s and the Owner of Kraft dealership's son told her what "a big deal" he is and he doesn't have to show an I.D. After causing a scene he showed the I.D. And told her her life doesn't mean s#*t because she doesn't make at least $80k a year. Another Kraft employee tried to kick a girl off a pool table and told her "she should be at a gym, not a bar". We have had 2 bad experiences

I bought my car from Kraft Nissan in November of 2014. Jamie was my salesperson, and he was amazing. Sadly, he is gone. I got a call about 6 months ago from a new rep telling me I had a credit and he could get me a great "deal" to trade in my car. That is definitely not what happened. After telling me my new car payment would be more than what I was paying at the moment for my car, he asked me why I didn't have a boyfriend and why I didn't talk to my father because I told him I didn't have someone to cosign on my loan. I was treated so badly by girl who works in cashier window at service. She was doing me a favor to take my money! I hope kraft knows that she is representing them and she should have a smile on her face and not make it painful for the customer to check out. If anybody in that auto dealership should stand there with a smile and welcoming and pleasing it's that person in that job !
