I bought an excellent truck from Tallahasse Dodge and it needed some warranty work recently. Brian from Dodge truck service department went above and beyond for me. He had an excellent rental ready for me, found other issues in need of repair, and also found a discrepancy on my bill which saved me over $100!
Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and I am so grateful he was overseeing my repairs. This dealership will always have my business because of his professional and thoughtful handling of my needs!

They gave “Going above and beyond” a whole new meaning! I wasn’t going to and even cancelled two appointments but I’m so glad I decided to go in. My sales guy Donovan and the the finance manger Alex did an amazing job! But The entire team get 10 thumbs up from me! They were not pushy and was supportive! I wish I could give more then 5 stars!! We had a deal done on a 21 Jeep Gladiator Sport at a Tampa store and was just a matter to sched pickup that weekend but I went in to service another vehicle and decided to see what they had on the lot. I poked my head in the sales mgr area and spoke to Kevin Cuevas who checked his sheet and one had just literally hit that day and was able to look and verify so I gave them the numbers from the other dealer to see if they could match or beat and save us a trip to Tampa. He said he would do his best and assigned Donovan Doud as our sales rep. I give Donovan credit he was determined to get the deal

If you're looking for someone to get you lined up with the vehicle you want, look no further than Donovan Doud. Over the course of two weeks with two separate vehicles he made magic happen for me which really put me at ease. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with him and the team. This is literally the only dealer in Tallahassee I'll ever entertain buying at again, and that's assuming he or someone of his ability are still at the location.

Great experience! I've now bought 3 Jeep Cherokees from Tallahassee Dodge Chrysler Jeep - 2004, 2012, and 2019. The '04 was for my late wife who passed nine years ago. The 2012 was my dream vehicle - still is, or was. I hit a deer, which totaled my red Grand Cherokee Laredo. Broken hearted, I searched the web and couldn't find what I wanted - another 4WD Grand Cherokee a few years old but fully loaded. Got a call from Tallahassee Dodge Chrysler Jeep that they had a couple new Jeep 4x4's in, so I headed to town where I met Mr. Cornbread. The sales rep I'd talked to was busy with other customers
