Their son, Mike, joined the business as a wholesale buyer in 1986 and enjoyed tremendous success working for his father. I have gotten 3 wonderful vehicles from them, my first one got totaled in an accident with a drunk driver, and Mike was so amazing and understanding when I fell behind in payments while recovering from my accident, when I came back to him a few months later, after we had received payment for the first car from my insurance, I went right back to him for my second and third vehicles. Any time that anything has gone wrong, he is right there helping me find good places to get it fixed without costing me a million dollars. I highly recommend going to the Allens for reliable used cars!

The issues we have had with this company are endless. This company purchases cars and trucks from auctions and does not do any diagnostic checks before selling. Last May my fiance and I purchased a truck from here and on our way back home to Richmond, it broke down. Let me say that again... ON OUR WAY HOME FROM PURCHASING THE TRUCK IT BROKE DOWN! They dodged our calls and agreed to only pay half for the issues after we were prepared to take legal action. Need I really even say more? Nearly $3000.00 of MULTIPLE fixes later (that's right, there were SEVERAL MAJOR issues) we had no choice but to just

My family bought three vehicles over the past six years from Allen's Auto Sales. Our experiences with the owners/employees of this locally owned business have always been very positive. My family and I have always been treated with dignity, respect and fairness. Every vehicle we have purchased from Allen's Auto is still on the road and running strong. There is much to be said about a locally owned company that continues to function with repeat customers after decades in business in a very competive market area. Bait and switch company BEWARE!! This company advertises one price online but, when you go to the dealership they say "O that was a cash price only" and try to jump the price up. The vehicle I was looking at had a used car purchase price ranging from $6500 - $8500 using KBB and list price online was $7945. The salesman instead stated if you put $3000.00 down then he would sell it to me for $8400.00. Very poor business practice and makes you question integrity all the way! Would not trust a car purchased from them if they can't even sell them honestly.
