My beautiful Acura RDX needed an oil change. I had a very busy day, so Rodney set me up with a loaner car for the morning to get my business accomplished, and the wonderful service people worked on my car. As I finished my business, my car was ready. The service technicians had done all the service and had washed my car beautifully. I love Proctor Acura. First, I love my used car that I purchased from this dealership. However, I had a concern with this vehicle and had a horrible experience with Myron. He was awful with the way he spoke to me going as far as laughing at my concern and saying "There's not a whole lot I can do about this!" Based on this alone, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

This is by far the best Acura dealership that I have done business with thus far and due to travel, its been quite a few. The service was friendly, efficient & caring from the second I called and spoke with Charles until the moment I left after my appointment. They checked my car and fixed ONLY the exact problem that I needed that day, whereas another dealership had JUST quoted me 3x the cost to replace several things that did not even need replacing. I would recommend this dealership to EVERY Acura driver... you won't be disappointed. I will continue to drive 2 hours just to receive
