Architecture, LLC has encountered many different project types and budgets.
Architecture, LLC represent expertise, commitment, and long-term project experience. In addition to the traditional education and credentials in Design and Architecture, the principal has many years of hands-on, practical experience in the construction trades. This provides a unique understanding of the complexities and coordination required for construction.
The following is just a few of the recent projects successfully designed and completed by my firm. All of the projects shown in this portfolio started as an idea. We took that idea and need that was described by our clients and started developing it, sketching it, refining it, and working on it until it solved the needs for the project.
This project included exterior renovation work and includes new roof gambrel dormers, new stone and wood siding, a new kitchen addition and all new doors and windows. All of the windows, doors, exterior siding and trim was replaced and a new thin stone veneer was added to the base of the building. The interior spaces were altered where required to provide the gambrel roof shapes and to provide views and access to the outside living areas.
We provided the design and construction documents for the Long Branch Sewerage Authority new Head Works and Vehicle Maintenance buildings in coordination with Maser Engineering's design for the entire treatment plant process upgrades. Our firm provided concept design, design development, construction documents, and construction observation services for this New Office Building.
