Paul David Rugarber, is the Architect and owner of PDRdesigns, an architectural firm specializing in residential design along the Jersey Shore since 2008. Paul is a registered architect in NJ, NY, and FL and a member of the AIA (American Institute of Architects). His architectural design concepts are visualized and implemented through an upbringing in construction and construction processes.
Architectural Design is an exciting and emotional experience because it deals with your personal tastes and desires. It is the blending of ideas, thoughts and senses into concrete, wood and steel to incorporate all of the client's passions into a coherent design. One of the major contributing factors to a good design is listening to the client.
