I have been in the market for a BMW. I came across their dealership on google and saw my dream car! I went in and was greeted very quickly. Being a woman; I was a bit intimated to go in but I had an AMAZING experience. I brought 6 year old daughter with me and she was entertained by their HUGE fish tank! Got the car I wanted and the experience of a lifetime!

I have to say this was by far an easier experience than I could have imagined. Andrew helped me during my car search. I was looking for an SUV with a specific style and price range and he went above and beyond to not only help me find it but he spent time doing research on all my specific requests. Didn’t make me feel rushed and was very patient and definitely helped me out close the deal not only with the car but had a great source with insurance. Ezzy was such a wonderful salesman, he made my family and I feel extremely comfortable from the moment we walked in. Everything was done so quick, and without any hassle. Had a conversation with the sales person before driving an hour to look at a work truck. As a cash out of state buyer we discussed cost, taxes etc. Drove down looked at the track and was set to purchase. They came back with a quote that included $4500 in dealer fees. Needless to say I laughed and left. It is a scam shop that looks to hide fees and costs through financing. If you don't finance through them they just change you the money outright. Never trust anything they say or buy a car here...

So I went through the process of getting approved for a loan for an SUV that as of today is still available. I get to this dealership only to be told that someone else has left a deposit on the same vehicle. Mind you no one never called to alert me to this fact. While I was not concerned about the young lady that left deposit, I'm more concerned with your unethical business practices!
Don't walk, but run from this establishment!!!!! Crooked and underhanded! I wasted my early lunch to walk off of the lot without the car I came for!
This is ridiculous but I will deal with this car

Although I see there are many good reviews on google, I had a bad experience trying to buy a car with one salesman. I called and asked if a car was available for a test drive and went down there. I met with the salesman, Elvis who told me I could only "test drive" the car in the parking lot. I was not happy I drove 20 miles to look at a car I could not properly test drive on the road and left a bad rating for the dealership. Two days later, I decided id go back and see if I could make a deal on the car and again met with Elvis. He immediately started an argument with me in the lot

NJ State Auto has perfected the bait tactic where they put so much pressure/distraction right from the beginning. You need to "register" and surrender your ID as you walk in. Then, they need you to pay a certain fee to see the car. And once you are interested, there was no room for negotiation because they pressure you to sign this and that. They also knew we needed a car as my husband's broke down. That was our wrong move. Once we got to the finance department, they forced the warranty showing you a price which already includes the warranty (his words

This review is for the service department only! I've had nothing but good experiences with thw service department. They are thorough and efficient. I tend to panick and expect the worst when my car has an issue. Carlos always always saves the day! I would definitely recommend the service department to others in need.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Awful, awful, awful customer service. I found a car earlier in the week online, then called to make an appointment. Customer service emailed me 3 times, then called the day of to confirm the appointment. After arriving and looking at the car, I was told I could not take it for a test drive until after I "talked numbers" with the manager, because they were short staffed for Memorial Day. What?!?! What used car lot won't let you take a car for a test drive? (That's like having to pay for your dinner before you order your food.) Good

I didn't go the dealership in person, but the customer service was awful. I attempted to buy one of the vehicles they had listed on eBay. My offer was around 90% of the asking price. I submitted my offer without ever talking to the dealer or seeing the vehicle in person. Their eBay ad had 3 or 4 different contact numbers including a direct cell number for the person who takes care of their eBay sales. I called 2 different numbers and never got ahold of anyone. The third number I called was answered and I was told that I would be contacted by their manager about the car. That never happened

Horrible place, wish I would have never bought my truck from them, even tho I wanted to buy the truck outright they didn't care. They have these bs fee's that cover how much they would negotiate with for the price. Which equals up to 1200 make sure you know your stuff about buying something before you come here, they told me oh we don't get the money it goes right to the bank. When they had the title there. Also a week later I found out the truck was missing a part. MISSING A PART and sold it to me like that and told me the truck was looked over when it came in and before I drove

This place place is a Bait and Switch operation. Avoid it because they run a business where deception and false advertising is at the core. Unless you want a headache, buy somewhere else. Almost anywhere would be goo. I'm frustrated and disappointed.

These guys are scamsters.
They don't let you test drive the car. Then they ask you for a deposit which is $500 and it is NOT REFUNDABLE. Most of their vehicles are lemon.
There is no way to check the cars condition. Don't ever go here. IT IS A SCAM. They sell junk. Please ignore the positive reviews on Google as they are fake and look at the negative ones. Those are the truth. The sales guy Stevet and his manager are not trust worthy. I don't know how they get a good night sleep knowing they cheat people everyday.
