I’ve got to say, I’ve had experiences at Jeep dealers, Genesis dealers and even working at a Benz dealer and my experience at Toyota of Manhattan was above and beyond what I could’ve expected. From the showroom to my sales rep Raymond Simo to the Sales and and Finance managers. Everything was seamless no hassling, not having that feeling of remorse, it all worked out. Let me first start off with the fact that this facility is gorgeous, I came in to look at some Highlanders with my family and the sales person Tylah. M helped us, she was very straightforward, friendly, nevertheless she made us very comfortable and didn’t try to do any “typical car salesman” antics. I am highly considering going back to Toyota of Manhattan and asking for Tylah once the Highlander hybrid inventory is back in stock.

The work was done well, I assume. Time will tell. This was for a recall - low pressure fuel pump. But it took a full day longer than I was told it would. It was impossible to find out when I’d get my car back. Each time I called, I was put on hold by persons who couldn’t tell me what was going on, or that someone would return the call, or the connection failed. Finally after 2 full days a service rep names Jennifer called. She was good - finally I was informed what was going on. Jennifer deserves a raise.

I think I am doing the public a dis-service if I don't report my most recent experience with this new Toyota dealership and its new management.
I have inquired on a new car and was told a price we were finalizing the deal they had asked me for my drivers license and credit card for the deposit, I have provided all that they have asked for, it's now been a few days and I'm being ignored.
After calls to my Sales Person, Sales Manager and emails, so far I have heard NOTHING back from them, and probably never will.
I guess this is how you lose a loyal customer and deter many new. So be aware when
