Go To Services were FANTASTIC to work with! They were extremely professional, responsive, and most importantly DID THE JOB RIGHT. We hired them to "fix" a tenant improvement that our landlord's contractor performed that was not to code. Go To Services fixed the issues and did amazing work. Pedro was especially conscientious and a highly skilled worker. I would recommend Go To Services for any building maintenance repairs or tenant improvement needs you may have. They get the job done right, on time and for a very reasonable fee!

Go To Services is THE BEST and especially Amber T. Excellent communication in a VERY difficult insurance roof and interior repair in excess of $40,000 so far. Catastrophe claim with excellent help from Amber, Rune, Alex, Fernando and all.
I am an Insurance Agent Ken Intrieri Agency and my home was hit by microburst that lifted my roof and pushed out a wall,with much interior damage to 1/3 of the home about 1300 sq ft of damaged area.

Shady business practices! They take two months to get an estimate to the client and then blame everyone else. It took 30 days just to submit an original estimate which was never sent to me just the insurance. They lie and try and push you off by saying they are waiting on the insurance company to approve the claim, meanwhile they cashed the check from the insurance. Then they refuse service if you question their shady practices!
Hopefully these "professionals" can figure out how to send a check back to the insurance for work they failed to do!

They don't seen to know when insurance claims get approved. I met with Randy on 11/5 and had to make over 6 calls over 2 months, just just to get an update on the estimate.
I was told on 12/16 we were waiting from.state farm yet state farm approved it on 12/7!! Their response was it was state farm and sedgwicks fault .they got their check and cashed it on 12/16. This is without me even knowing the price.
Today I get a call to tell me they have to now get a new contractor to come look. When I ask why , I'm told they will need to see the types of materials they'll need. When I asked if that's in

After they cashed the check from the insurance company they asked for a deposit of 50% and deductible. We have only been waiting since EARLY November to get the work completed. They are unorganized and unprofessional!! Holly the VP is a complete Karen. They canceled the contract because they were questioned on their shady practices!! Yeah, this will be a complaint to the ROC. This company shouldn't be working with the public especially anyone grieving from a loss of a family member!!!

Did some drywall work. Used our garbage (and yard) to dispose of the trash. Left drywall in our side yard, front yard, all down our driveway and to the street then stopped showing up for a week. Said they would show up at certain time and didn't show up about 6 time theought project. Communication and respect for my home would be great. A 2 day project had been 2 weeks and counting. Do your research everyone.
Update. Finished the project. Gave me mismatched shingles without a heads up. Not sure if this is standard but thought others might like to know. I understand the original shingles are faded

They're the Quick Action Reponse Team to call!! After those big storms in Tucson they were at my home within 2 hrs of notification. Jason & Mariah sent out Alozono, Robert with their team members to my home. They did a great job with tarping my roof, removing drywall & mold removal. Very professional & friendly too!

I had severe damage from winter storm Uri, and was out of town when the damage happened to my home. I arrived late at night to find a disaster zone in my house. I filed my insurance claim and they contracted Go To Services to do my mitigation work.
Jason and his team were prompt and professional at every step of their work for me. They looked for every possible issue and hired very trustworthy laborers to do the demolition work on my home. I just wish they were a local company so that they would have their entire team available to complete my job from start to finish.

Very professional and very high quality work, They remodel my whole kitchen and they did an amazing job with the countertops and finishes on my cabinets they also did an amazing job on my drywall , matching it 100% they even paint my whole house with two coats from corner to corner I would highly recommend them for a high quality job :)

After discovering a busted pipe which caused flooding & other damage, these guys have provided outstanding customer service & work ethic. They are extremely friendly & informative. They are thorough & clean up after themselves well. In fact, they even wipe the floors before they leave so they are cleaner now than before they came to work. While the restoration & repairs have only just begun, we are thankful to have such a phenomenal company taking care of our home. Thank you for caring for your customers!

If you are good with a company whose project manager of your job NEVER communicates with you unless you reach out ... if you are good with a company whose project manager didn't know the scope of the job when coming to see the site ... if not having consistent workers each day who know what was done the day before and what needs to be done that day ... if clear communication with the workers on 'who will be here tomorrow and what work will they be doing' ... if none of these things are important to you then Go To Services is the company for you! We had a sudden flood in our 2 story home today that caused leakage in the ceiling over the kitchen. In a unusual situation, we were able to contact Go To Services, referring to us by our builder's plumbing company. Their technician, Logan was outstanding! Not only was he knowledgeable and understood the situation, he allowed my wife and I to see the thermal imaging of the leakage and what the interior of our structure looks like. What a guy! We have worked for go to services. We did a job 3 weeks ago and still haven't been paid for the work we did. They dont pay when job is completed there excuse is we are a big company and it has to be processed. We have drove all the way from Queen Creek when we were told the check would be there and all 3 times it wasn't there. I paid my employees out of my pocket. So the job we did I paid for it. I hope this review is read before anyone decides to hire this company.

They came out & installed one fast and helped me find solutions to other safety concerns I had with my pool area to ensure it was safe for my child. We are extremely pleased with the work!

Our upstairs bathroom flooded. We called Go To Services hoping to get things taken care of. The service was OK. However, the business end was horrible! One of the dehumidifiers was broken. I did have it replaced. But the customer service was awful! I literally had to call the office several times to get a bill! I never received a quote fo reconstruction services at all. Nobody seemed to know which end was up! Very expensive for what little work was done. I would never recommended them!

I would avoid GoToServices like the plague. They will take advantage of you in a crisis. They refused to work with my insurance company to get paid for services. And what they won't tell you before you sign on the doted line is that you will receive a substantial bill for services NOT covered by your insurance company. And I'm not talking about the deductible. I'm talking about services above and beyond. AVOID them. Find someone more honest to do business with that won't prey on you when you're having a water disaster.

Go To Services killed it for us!! They completely rehabilitated our office suite after a serious flood. No job or ask was too small for them to do or too big for them to handle. We were back in our office and helping clients Live Richer Lives within a few days. Highly recommend!

They were seriously incredible! I had a massive flood on the second floor at my commercial property in Old Town Scottsdale. It was a nightmare when I walked in (water running for 7 Hours, completely ruined an entire office and the showroom below it).
