I called this company based on the reviews as I desperately needed my doors rekeyed and the garage door clicker reprogrammed. Jose was wonderful! He arrived right on schedule, got straight to work, and was extremely helpful! What a relief to have such an important task completed so quickly and be able to sleep at night!
I've already recommended him to others. In fact, my mom was there and asked for his number as soon as she saw how reliable and professional he was. Also, he was able to come out the same day without any hesitation. So grateful!

Had to call during Hurricane Irma emergency. He responded professionally and compassionately for my situation. He answered directly, contrasting with other area services that went to answering service or voicemail. He responded quickly and made an honest recommendation. My issue was with an electronic lock that decided to operate on its own when locksmith was present. Instead of charging me an arm and leg for service call, he gave me a fair price. This is notable since other competitors were noted for price gouging in their reviews. Recommend strongly.
