Offered plenty of advice during the selection process and allowed the lending of many different samples for a considerable amount of time, which made selecting our flooring much easier.
There was also no nonsense sales tactics, so we felt minimal stress around timeframes or potentially missing out on random deals.

Customer service from the owner Gary and the fitter Adam was very professional. They were very helpful, I went into the shop to look at the flooring before purchasing.
