Texas Best Stain put up a new fence and cleaned and stained several other (sections) for us. From start to finish everyone I dealt with whether in the office or in the field (esp. Savanah and Charlie) were exceptional.
I especially appreciated the detailed estimate which included photos and a line-by-line cost breakdown; this emailed several hours after we met and walked the property.
The quality of work, and the friendly, professional 2 two-man teams who did it was excellent.
Not a huge job, but it had changes and updates and a bunch of moving parts, and they nailed it. And did

We had our wood fence restained. The rep and individual who stained the fence were professional. When the stain first went on it looked very different from what I expected. I probably gave the painter who stained it heart failure when I told him i wasn’t sure it was the right color. But I decided to let him complete the job and it turned out perfect. Only thing disappointing was I washed my windows for Thanksgiving company and the power washing splattered on my clean windows. The painter did try and clean them with the hose after staining but I will have to wash them again.

We contacted Texas Best Stain to re-stain our fence. They quickly came out and did a thorough measurement and went over our color options. Then they power cleaned the fence, which was great and within a few days came and stained it. It looks great! they were very prompt and professional. They made sure to protect things from getting dirty and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing stain work done!

Our fence needed re-staining and we didn't want to use the company that did the original work for various reasons. We looked at several firms who did work in our area, and Texas Best Stain fences seemed to hold up the best. They completed our corner lot fence in one day in spite of having to work around some large vegetation. Looks Great!

What a horrible experience with Texas Best StainWe had high hopes for this 5 star company unfortunately Ruth the VP of Operations does not only lack communication skill, but was combative when we were finally able to reach her. They scheduled our service without asking if the dates even worked for us first, then never followed up emails from us asking to delay or postpone the service. They simply showed up and began the power wash leaving our two freshly painted and finished garages trashed with dirt and water. Great sales rep (Kris) who inspected and gave me a quote on my repairs. He was very responsive when I called and I loved that. However, I never got the email to schedule the actual work until the morning they showed up to work! I would have liked to have been prepared for them to come, but I was at work myself! I prefer better communication, but the fence is repaired and it looks great. Reasonable rate for the work that was done.

Texas Best Stain has basically ruined our fence and deck. They stood us up two times and when they finally came out to do the work it was the biggest botch job ever. When the sales person came out he never gave us the opportunity to see samples, but decided on his own the color and solid stain. We have always used a transparent oil stain. Showing samples was his responsibility as he was trained to do, but failed to do so. We absolutely hate the mess they made. We contacted several of their customers and learned they all saw samples. I would never use this company. The project from start to finish probably started March and ended in August. Trying to have communication with this woman that worked in the office was a nightmare. Sometimes they would just show up at my house saying they were ready to work. No one had told me. Then sometimes they would take forever to get back to me about when this would be set up. Our backyard was a mess for most of the summer. It was just a nightmare working with these people. I would never use them again.

It's true that the early bird catches the worm! Texas Best got my business because they were the first company to respond to my request for a quote to stain our fence and garage doors AND they were reasonably priced...which is more than I can say about their competitors, some of whom never even showed up for the appointment to provide a quote. This company has poor communication skills between their office, their workers, and the customer. The office will schedule an appointment, but fail to tell the customer. The day of the appointment worker calls customer 10 minutes before showing up, which doesn't allow much time to give the neighbors a heads up to move vehicles, cover anything in the event of an accidental overspray onto their property, etc. Worker doesn't even greet or inform customer that he has arrived, just walks right onto the property. We really appreciated their service and quality during the install and were recommending them to others, but about a year later, we had someone back into our fence messing up 3 planks. The person responsible was willing to cover the cost of repairing and I reached out to see if they could fix it for us. Their minimum job is $400, which I couldn't justify asking the person to pay, so I'm stuck with a *mostly* new fence. I know it might seem minor to others, but a new fence is an expensive investment and I'm just so disappointed that there's nothing more they could do to cover

I messaged for a REPAIR and stain estimate on my 2kft yard with no room for a pool. I work from home. They SAID they sent a rep out who knocked. No one was seen on my security cameras and no one knocked on my door, or rang my doorbell but they insisted she was onsite. The stain-only repair estimate for TWO yards sized 4.6kft with a pool was ridiculously over-priced and they argued with me about her being onsite and ignored the other false info. Also if she was onsite, there is no way she could have missed the needed repairs. Do not use this company.

The process overall was fairly smooth and the staining work was very good. A crew of 2 came out to stain the fence the day after pressure wash. I was communicated with prior to each stage each day via email by the company, which was appreciated.
They had the correct stain manufacturer and color as I'd requested and as per stated in the estimate, and were friendly and efficient. They were very careful in moving vegetation that obstructed the fence, and even showed regard for a nearby large lizard, not wanting to harm it with the stain. I wanted to share my recent warranty experience dealing with Texas Best Stain. While the process started out rough ( I take some responsibility for this) in the end, the owner Rocky stepped up and did whatever he could to come to a mutually agreeable solution.
The team went above and beyond to correct the issue and the employees on site did what they could to provide top level customer service.
i would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their fence stained and will use them again the next time the opportunity presents itself.

Primarily the communication was not very crisp and clear. I would be told someone would call me to schedule a date and time to come out and then I'd get a call the night before that they'll be arriving the following morning. Luckily, it worked for my schedule.
Several misses regarding doing the job right the first time that was agreed upon. Texted the pics to Kris, Sales Mgr. and he was responsive and got it resolved.

We want to give them 10 stars! Our house we set to be listed for sale and a tornado blew down all 3 of our fences. The company was able to have these wonderful fences installed prior to our list date and they look amazing! The crew was professional, clean, and they did not even hurt any of my plants/flowers while digging holes! I would highly recommend this company!!
